Very clean hotel, the girl at the reception was very friendly, a very pleasant accommodation for us, one of the best we have been in without a doubt

I was temporarily upgraded to a suite, which was perfect. The whole family liked it very much. It is a very dreamy hotel. Although it is not big, the location of the hotel is very good. All attractions are within walking distance. The main commercial street is right outside the door.

We really liked everything! Modern comfortable apartments in an incredibly convenient location - 5 minutes from the Arena! Cleaning every day, shampoos refilled, towels changed if you put them on the floor. There is a kitchenette, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and 2 small bottles of water are provided daily. The staff at the reception are very nice. Among the small disadvantages: there were problems with the safe, it did not open for two days in a row, it gave an error, although we entered the code correctly, when they came to us to fix it, it turned out that it opened with the usual standard code (i.e. it could be opened any employee just like that). Well, the cost was a little high for the New Year holidays, but everything is clear here :) Overall, highly recommend!

The location is very good, the room is not bad, the facilities are complete, the travel is convenient, our car is parked outside, there is no charge.

Building more than 600 years ago, in the core area, convenient for shopping nearby, very few people live in the hotel, only our family for breakfast for two days, there are many sweets, but super delicious, the hotel has a sense of history, there are two in the lobby, There are dog sculptures or pictures everywhere, in line with the rhythm of our house, the waiters are very polite, because there are not many customers, we all remember us, the second time I went to Verona, in addition to beauty, it was beauty!

The location was really good. Best value for money! The opera ended at 12 o'clock in the Arena and walked to the hotel without any trouble. The meal was good and impeccable. The kindness of the staff to show me where to go while giving me a map was also very good. I want to enjoy the opera for a few days while staying again. The downside is that it is popular and difficult to make a reservation!

Everything is great! Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance). Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast. I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

Garden-style apartment hotel, very good, like it very much. You can cook, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The room is big enough, and there is a loft for a family to live in. To the attractions, you can walk, not very far. Very nice hotel apartment!
