Second time here. Check in at another hotel 10 minutes away. It is not clear why the hotel does not provide this information in advance. Overall, the hotel leaves only pleasant impressions. Very warm in the room, clean. It's' located in the very center. Special thanks to the cleaning staff - the rooms are really clean.

Room was very outdated and not as in the pictures. Please inform travelers in advance to check in at another hotel, since Venice is not the best place to walk around with all the luggage.

Ideal location near the train and bus stations. Easier to walk to all the tourists areas without your luggage! You do have to walk to another hotel to collect your room key as there is no reception but you can leave your luggage there first. Our room was very small but ok for a quick tour of Venice and there is a small cafe out the front and to the left that sells great coffee! Air con worked well and the terrace on the top floor is idea for getting away from the crowds to relax in the sun or an evening drink with a nice view.

Everything was good except the hassle of having to check in at another hotel. I was surprised that the condition of the accommodation on the main island was so much better than I expected. The downside was that there was no outlet near the bed.

It was our first stay in Venice, the hotel is very well located a stone's throw from the bus station. The room is old and could do with a good refresh, the top of the toilet was not fixed, the shower was leaking and worst of all we spent a night in freezing cold, we had to ask for heating it was barely 15 degrees in the room!! In addition we had a power cut every evening and luckily a guest of the hotel intervened to restore the electricity otherwise we would have been left without electricity since there is no one there!! If we had not had all these inconveniences we would have had a good stay in Venice!

It was difficult because I had to go somewhere else to check in. The hotel entrance didn't look like a hotel entrance at all, so I thought I was being scammed at first. However, the moment I entered the room, my entire impression completely changed. The old-fashioned atmosphere, as if you were entering an old mansion, was completely fascinating. It was clean, quiet, and everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is located near the train station. Check-in takes place in another hotel, keep this in mind when booking. I advise you to write them a letter and they will answer you with detailed instructions on what you need to do before checking in. The hotel itself is small. The rooms are good, in an old building. Not very clean, but not completely dirty either. The location is very convenient, everything is close. Venice is not big at all, but it is not convenient with suitcases and this is definitely a plus that the hotel is close to the train station. The bathroom has shower gel, soap and shampoo. The bed is huge, the bed linen is clean, the mattress and pillows are normal. They do not have breakfasts. I recommend the hotel!

Exceeded expectations, great location, although it was inconvenient to get the card, but it felt good to stay there, it was a good choice!

Very good stay in this hotel, the front door is a bit sad at first but when you enter the hotel it is very clean and the room is very good, quite spacious with a nice bathroom, the rooms are made every day, bath towels and hand towels also changed every day, close to bus stops and boat stations, small restaurants around the hotel, reception is 10/15 minutes walk away so not very far and the welcome at the reception was very good... So many good memories...

Excellent, we just didn't know that we had to look for the key a few blocks from the place.

Check-in counters are different. I asked Trip.com to confirm in advance, but they said I had to go straight to Kadeipolo, which was not true. The day I stayed, it was very cold due to heavy rain, and when I turned on the warm air, there was a hoarse smell. Overall it was very poor. Please note that basic toothbrushes are not provided, so if you wish to check in, please go to agli artisti first.

Large room. Very helpful staff: we had a problem with the heating but they fixed it quickly. Convenient luggage storage service. The lighting inside the room needs to be reviewed (various bulbs not working) and the sofa bed is a little uncomfortable if used by adults

Interesting hotel in a historical building. Convenient location close to the train station and bus station and 15 minutes walk from San Marco Square. Clean, comfortable bed and good WiFi. Roof terrace with a beautiful view. Perhaps the only significant drawback is the lack of a reception and the need to check-in at another hotel, Hotel Agli Artisti, a 10-minute walk away. For some reason this is not noted in the description?!
