The location is convenient- in the downtown and in the quiet corner at the same time. Breakfast was basic but good . The room is a bit too small - no place to open two luggages. We booked the cheap room, windows to the wall of the next building, no view at all, but it was cheap for center of Venice, so no problem

The room is neat and beautiful, not big but very comfortable. The breakfast tastes better than expected, and the front desk staff is also very friendly. The only drawback is that the hotel is older and the soundproofing of the room is not very good, and the sound from the corridor and the next room is obvious. Moreover, the door lock is an old-fashioned key lock, which is difficult to operate, but the staff is very friendly and helped open the door several times. All in all, it's a very good hotel.

The hotel is located next to La Spezia train station and has an excellent location. There is no elevator in the hotel, so it is very difficult to carry a large suitcase upstairs.
