Great location, 15 min walk from Piazzale Roma , 1 minute from Station Accademia. Also very close to San Marco Piazza. If You will check before arrival at google street view there should not be a problem to find the hotel. Good breakfast, nice staff, big warm room, free beverages at you fridge . Unfortunately hotel is on 3rd floor and the lift is very very small and very very slow. But I recommend Hotel Palazzo Guardi

Great little hotel and tees well located in Dorsoduro. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast generous. Super comfortable bedding and very good value for money.
