Most staff were very pleasant, only had a bit of an attitude from the front desk attendant who checked us in. Seemed like she was assuming we should’ve known the answers to our questions and that I was annoying her by asking. Other than that experience we never saw her again through our stay.

We booked the hotel cause the location closed to wonderland, however, the room we booked is nice and big enough as a family of 3. But they not offered those hotel toothbrush, it just happened to me I forogt to bring my own, so I asked the reception they said we need to get ourself by vending machine in the lobby, however I arrived in midngiht, I have no chose, so I just got the toothbrush in vending machine, it showed 5 dollars for the one-time toothbrush (it is very bad quality white tootch brush), once i paid my credit card with the machine, it charged me 10 dollars, thats insane. I went to talk to reception guy, and he said he cannot help and asked me talk to manager tomorrow, I asked him how your manager know i bought that brush, can you make a note to him, he said he will know no need for the note. For the service and rape me off that 10 dolloars, I mush share here, the hotel not worth it, also the breakfast really bad, just like other reviewer mentioned, not good, I would say they only offer bread, you could tell those bread like very low quality from supermarket, even the coffee might just instant coffee too. Overall not recomanded.

Great stay as per usual. We had dinner at the restaurant Botticelli and the food and service were awesome.

Check in was quick.. arrived in my room.. had to figure out how to use the TV (change channels , find channels, etc) NO instructions,, had to figure out how to fill & turn on jacuzzi ..again NO instructions,, ONLY food available was list in room of restaurant downstairs .. would have been nice to have a Telephone book where I could have found alternate food for delivery Other than that room was clean & amenities (shampoo. soap, coffee maker & supplies ) were great

It was ok. The lastest we could check out was 12pm, we were about 15 minutes after check out time but it was not an issue. The room itself was clean for the most part. Didn't check for wifi, but from what I understand it was available. Breakfast was complimentary but we didn't stick around for it.

I booked this hotel as it was very close to the place where I went for an interview, I found it to be really good and had very good amenities. Most importantly this place was close to a Walmart which helped big time so I travelled with less items. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Service was great, food was ok just had breakfast there. Room was cleaned everyday. Clean towels bed made.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I found this hotel by accident at first. I read many people's reviews and thought it should be good. I booked it for three nights with trepidation. After arriving, I found that it was really good. The overall style was warm and gave people a very comfortable feeling. The hotel did not have disposable items and the breakfast was not good, but the hotel staff was also very professional. I could feel their proactive service. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to my relatives and friends [strong]
