Small room, but very clean. Everything was nice.

Comfortable and good window view of Interlaken town

Room is nice and cozy. There’s a closet with lock to keep your items. They have self service washer and dryer which is very convenient for long travel

Hygiene: Clean Facilities: No elevator, one person carried a large suitcase to the third floor🥹 Service: The hotel staff is very friendly, but I don’t know if the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is owned by the hotel, and the restaurant owner is arrogant.

The location is very good, just a 10-minute walk to the train station, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, worth staying

We had booked a family room for 3 adults. The picture of the room at the time of booking was different from what we were offered. When I eventually reported it to the owner, she checked and by then Agoda was showing the same room that was offered to us. Being on the third floor, and no elevator or concierge, carrying up and down the luggage was an inconvenience. The hotel is kind of cute little property a bit off the Central Lucerne but with some nice restaurants close by. The room offered certainly did not appear to be close to 26 sq mts as mentioned on Agoda. Apart from the reservations mentioned, it was a fairly good experience.

The Hotel Hardermannli is a nice charming two-star hotel in Interlaken. The location is very central and convenient, making it a great base to explore the Jungfrau region or nearby areas like Beatenberg. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, but there are great options nearby. Hangar 32 Bar is perfect for a casual drink and good music and for a taste of Swiss cuisine, the cozy Bären restaurant is just around the corner and serves delicious local dishes. The staff at Hotel Hardermannli is friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything you might need. The breakfast buffet was decent, though it’s worth noting that they only serve filter coffee, which might be a downside for coffee lovers. Otherwise, the selection was satisfactory. As for the rooms, they are small but very cozy and well-kept. The bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated and are modern and clean, which was a nice surprise for a hotel of this category. Overall, Hotel Hardermannli is a great budget option for those looking to explore Interlaken and the surrounding area. It offers comfort, a convenient location and good service at a reasonable price.

Beautiful quaint property a few minutes walk of Interlaken west train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the accommodation. The owner was very helpful and gave us a nice room with a balcony. The hotel was clean , comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of choice. We wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel.

A short walk from Interlaken West train station, this cosy establishment is between a motel and B&B. There’s no lift so avoid having heavy suitcases. The room furniture is quite run down but the toilet is modern and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable as it was too soft and you pretty much sink into it. The room door and shower area heights are surprisingly low. So if you’re at least 6 ft, you might want to reconsider. Best was the breakfast which boasts quality options - cold cuts, fresh fruits, cheeses, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber & sometimes capsicum), cereals, dried fruits. Eggs are freshly cooked upon order and are either scrambled or fried. There’re also a nice reading area and fireplace next to the dining area.

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Interlarken and a late opening cocktail bar just around the corner. Comfortable rooms and really good breakfast, with excellent selection of cold cuts, cerials, yoghurts and breads (great coffee). Our host (Kim) was fantastic, with a really great knowledge of the area and a couple of great recommendations

A solid 4.5. Rating a hotel is all about managing expectations. A family hotel this size in this location is not going to rival a room at the airport Sheration. They are therefore rated on different scales. For a 4 minute walk to the train station, with a room where everything is clean and in working order, this hotel provides good value. We did not sample the pizzeria as we ate dinner in Thun, but we found the breakfast was excellent and the custom cooked eggs was a nice suprise. Unfortunately, the unusual heat for the region rendered the room a bit stuffy to come back to after exploring the city. AC is simply not found in most of the smaller hotels. In spite of that caveat, the one thing I truly hate is something that I find in too many hotels everywhere...where the only bedding is a hot heavy comforter. In the middle of the ski season, that may work out well. But for a summer night where the low is in the 50s, its a poor option. In spite of that, the super friendly and helpful staff made this hotel a pleasure to spend a night.

The hotel is a short walk to the West Interlaken Station and the beautiful river that crosses the town, is also in Unterseen, where there are some beautiful wooden houses. Our room was clean and perfect for us. We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the Top of Europe Mountain. The service was outstanding and especially breakfast with made to order eggs. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ines (thank you)

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely hotel in quiet Unterseen . The room was spacious with a sofa , in addition to twin beds and a balcony overlooking the street . A kettle and a drying rack ( below flower box) were nice extras. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful . Be aware that there is no elevator or A/C. The coffee at breakfast was especially good and you can order eggs.

We stayed here two nights during a spring tour of Switzerland. We’ll be back. The hotel is an easy walk from Interlaken Ost. The room was ver comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful with ideas and directions. We’d been on the road a while and availed ourselves of the washer and drier. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful.
