"The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too.
Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem .
But overall, I would still stay here again "
"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very good service, comfortable and clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast, and a renovated bathhouse have made my stay pleasant. The hotel has 3 restaurants (Mongolian and European, Japanese, and Chinese), a lounge that stays open until 2 am, and a cafe in the lobby. Business lunch set at the Japanese restaurant was a great deal and it was delicious."
"The room is very big and the clothes are very soft and comfortable. There are two restaurants upstairs, one Korean and one Chinese. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient for shopping. The only thing is that the shower in the bathroom is not used, but everything else is fine."
"The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator in the room. After staying for two days, a waiter came to clean the room every day. Because we didn't speak Mongolian, the sister at the front desk communicated with us in English throughout the whole process. The check-in experience was great. 👍🏻"
"The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and very professional. Recommended!"
"Can recommend staying
Facilities: Complete facilities, very Japanese hotel, although small, well-equipped, well designed, relatively comfortable.
Hygiene: clean
Environment: Right in the city, opposite a large supermarket and shopping mall, and a 15-minute walk to the city center commercial street
Service: Still very enthusiastic, help to call a taxi, you can't change the montu here"
"The hotel is right next to the main road, with convenient transportation. It is 1.7 kilometers away from the railway station, and it only takes 20 to 30 minutes to walk there. It costs 5,000 MNT to take a taxi (some drivers ask for 20,000 MNT). Just stand by the road and wave, and you can get it for 5,000. There is also a bus to the railway station nearby, one stop away.
There is a big supermarket 300 to 400 meters away.
The room is a bit old, the room is large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the hygiene is OK. The front desk can also help you call a taxi, but you have to negotiate the price yourself.
The breakfast is quite tasty, and the variety is almost the same every day"

Amazing
CCharisseDThe place is clean and warm. Bed’s really comfortable. There are curtains for privacy and the lockers are huge which I really like a lot. Hot water works well in the shower. The toilets could be a little quite small though but manageable. And there’s free use of the washing machine as well.
They have a kitchen where you can drink coffee/tea for free. And the host brings bread for breakfast :)
Since there’s also a sofa in the kitchen, i was very happy that i was able to meet fellow travelers to hangout with.
Location of the hostel is really good. It’s on the 6th floor of the same building of KFC on Sambuu st. It’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and the main touristy places.
The host Sonny was really kind, warm, helpful, and friendly. He lent me his jacket when i went for a day tour to Terelj National Park because it was cold that day and I don’t have enough thick jackets.
His brother Bayaraa was also very welcoming when he picked me up at the airport at almost midnight.
Thank you again for the hospitality and will definitely stay here again when I come back in Mongolia. :)
GGuest UserExcellent location in that it was near a lot of restaurants and stores. The rooms and bathroom were very clean! Shower stalls were very spacious! Owners were very kind and nice! I like how they serve us breakfast every morning. I also like how they had a kitchen for me to use if I had to cook my own food! Lot of tourist brochures to look at for someone who is interested in taking a city tour of Ulan Bator. They also had a treadmill to exercise, tv to watch, and a guitar to play, chairs and couches to sit if a guest needed it to. Will be more than happy to stay at this hotel again if I ever comeback to Ulan Bator!
AAlexandre L.This hotel offers international standards just outside of the city center which is in fact very convenient because you don’t get stuck in the traffic every time. 5 years ago, international hotels were concentrated downtown as I can recall.
The hotel is quite new, so everything is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Easy to go shopping nearby.
这这里悄悄放个阵The room is large, the bedding is comfortable but the towels are not absorbent enough. The view is good on a high floor and the city center can be reached on foot. There is a convenience store in the lobby. The room card needs to be operated by the staff the next day before it can be used.
MMarc NeffMy time at this Hotel was amazing!
The room was warm and cozy. Some small things to regard, but over all it was an amazing time!
The workout room was great
The staff were the most helpful and always showed hospitality!
The location was nearby a lot of restaurants, and cafes, and is also a 15min walk from the train station. It will take around 30 min to get to the city center, but it has a great location otherwise. Spectacular view!

CCarlos IVGood side:
Location is the best, is just opposite of the sukhbaatar square. Near shopping malls.
Staffs are helpful and nice.
Bathroom and toilet space is huge. There is a separate for shower and bath tub.
Downside:
- hotel rooms looks old, got yellow marks or mould marks on the surface of the ceiling, quite weird as the room is non-smoking room. Also got yellow marks on the toilet bowl 😭
- the electric outlet for phone charging on the headboard is not working well. When I reported this to hotel staff, they provider me with an extension cord 😓
- curtains and blinders seems dusty and old.

DDENNIS KOK KEE NGI stayed there over 7 nights. On the first day I arrived at 12 noon and the check-in time was 2.00 pm. After a 13 hour flight and car ride from the airport to the hotel I just wanted to get into the room and have a hot shower. Usually in all other cities and hotels in Asia, they would have allowed me to check in earlier if they had a room. In this case, they had a room but wanted to charge me the rate of 30% for that two hour stay. I paid for it as I was in no mood to argue over it and as my Mongolian business partners were with me and I did not want to cause a scene.
The hotel toilet had a smell from the drainage pipe and they could not clear the smell even after I had complained. The service staff was generally pleasant although some of the restaurant staff need some further training. At the Chinese restaurant when I asked one of the waiter to change to a private room after being seated at the normal dining hall which was noisy, the waiter replied that he was busy. And asked me to go to the reception. Perhaps they are still a bit rough at the edges.
Also, the 24 hour room service does not exist as is promoted in their brochure in the room. I had to go to the front desk and then I was directed to go to the coffee house to make my order. I asked why nobody picked up the 24 hour room service line and the front desk asked me what number I dialed. I replied 3222 as was in the brochure in the room and he told me it was 3150. I told him its 3222 as per the room brochure but he insisted it was 3150. I went back to my room to double check after placing the order at the coffee house and it was 3222 in the brochure. So either they have a wrong print or they have not updated with a new number.
I was seated in the cafe many times and I noticed a gentleman who would go up to sign for a coffee at the cafe. I assumed he must be a senior staff of the hotel. If he was indeed a senior staff I thought he would be friendly enough to smile to the guests at the cafe and assume some if not all the guests are also guests of the hotel.

YypossumThis hotel has everything! There is any and every facility you could want and more you wouldn't even think of in the hotel. There is enough that you could spend your whole trip there. Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful, and proactive to make sure you have the best stay there. It is centrally located in Ulaanbaatar so you are close to the main things in the city and surrounded by all types of resources you could need. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very nice and clean!! 10/10, would highly recommend it if you are traveling to Ulaanbaatar - you will have a great time and a comfortable stay.
EEyutaThe rooms were not well-cleaned, the tables were a little broken, and I don't know when the body soap amenities were available, but it was generally comfortable. There were occasional bugs in the bathroom, but they were manageable.
I wish they had changed the towels when they came to clean.
The TV turned on with the control panel on the wall, then turned it on by pressing the main power button directly. The remote control didn't respond unless it was very close to the CATV equipment.
Also, the room was quite dry, so it would be a good idea to have a humidifier.
Because it is far from the city center, you need to take a taxi or bus to get around (it's about 4km away, and walking was quite difficult because it was winter), but there are several bus stops, two large Nomin and eMart stores nearby, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, so it's surprisingly convenient.
The staff can speak English, but they may need to use a translator.
They made an effort to meet our requests, so I think the service was not bad.
It was a last-minute check-out, so it was my fault, but I was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate my request for an early check-out.

GGuest UserWe went to attend an exhibition, and the exhibition hall was just downstairs. It took 5 minutes to walk there, which was very convenient.
The apartment is large and fully equipped. You can do laundry and cook your own meals.
The manager Aby was very nice and helped us a lot.
The people at the front desk are also very friendly and can all speak English, and some can speak Chinese and English.
