It was nice but different from what I expected.

It was unclean. 2 adults 1 towel 1 toothbrush 😝.

They are horrible. I made a booking and payment was already done. But they claimed booking has not been confirmed and made wait at the lovby for 8 hours. What a horrible experience

I already booked at that day but when i arrived at the hotel they have no room and the staff told me like he dont know about trip.com. There's no way about their service and communication 🤯🤯🤯

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

The hotel is very unique and in a good location. The front desk guy is very friendly and can speak some simple Chinese. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall it's OK.

It is not convenient to shop and eat here. The hotel is very old. The room is dirty, the towels are gray, and they have not been updated for too long. The bathroom is large, but the shower has no enclosure, and the whole bathroom floor is full of water after taking a shower. The hotel's breakfast is very good, with many dishes and delicious taste.

Although we were a family of three, there were only amenities for one person. Of course, there were also towels for one person. We called the front desk but they didn't understand, which was a problem. They said there was hot water 24 hours a day, but there was no hot water after 10pm. I don't know if it was a problem with the hotel's plumbing or the plumbing in Ulaanbaatar, but when I turned the tap, brown water came out for a while. The breakfast area had far too few seats for the number of guests. They would fry eggs for us, but I wish the staff would try a little harder.
