Impression from check-in The meal was delicious The staff was more caring than anything. Arrange rental bikes. Moreover, it is 300 baht without fee. The pool is large and clean. There are many foreign guests here, so I speak English well. If you want a bathtub, choose a twin. Hope for a bathtub. Transfer to the airport is also free. This is also the arrival time to the hotel. When booking. . I thought it was the best hotel in Udontani.

Very nice, neat and clean hotel. All the staffs especially restaurant staffs are so friendly and polite. The room is spacious and tidy. Breatfast is so good. Will definitely come back again if visit Udonthaini.

Amazing service. The manager is such a nice man. He always greets guests and asks how their stay is and if there is anything he or his staff can do to be helpful. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are always very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is excellent. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I will always stay here each time I return to Udon Thani. Thank you to the manager and all of the hotel staff for always making me feel welcomed and happy during my stays here.

Let’s start with why l went here in the 1st place and that was because of the GYM. I was on a mission to work on my health and fitness. Was the GYM worth going too? This GYM at 9D Hotel is exceptionally good with excellent, well maintained equipment. There are 3 Floors to this gym with scheduled workout activities on the top floor along with a basketball court which was a real bonus as it’s been years since lve shot some hoops. To access the gym you will have to get an arm band at reception. The pool area is adequate and your kids will love it. Now onto the rooms = my room was on the 3rd floor with pool views. Extremely spacious,clean, with a huge comfortable bed and the bathroom was of excellent size also which had large shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. Buffet breakfast l found to be sufficient with a decent selection and staff were great. On saying this the buffet seemed to be the same everyday during my stay which wasn’t a deal breaker. So all in all and the above was fantastic. Now to the negatives = Cafe downstairs was never open once during my stay. This hotel is quite a distance from the centre of town so l hired a motorbike for my stay from happy motorbike & Car Rental which is situated opposite Central Udon. Cafe downstairs was never open once during my stay.

There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste; only the sign written that if need the toothpaste and toothbrush please call room service. This hotel is 5 stars level should provide full facilities in the bathroom.

A very good homestay, it should be located in the city center, the city is very small, and the airport is not very far past. This is a private villa remodeled. There are only four rooms in total. The business is very good. I grabbed the last one. I went quite late, and the big iron door was locked. The boss came out and opened the door, checked in for me, and then took me to the room. The room is quite big and cozy, with a kitchen, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, very clean. Breakfast on the first floor the next day, the set meal is also very good.
