I was given a half price deal for breakfast when I checked in.Next morning they said it was a mistake. I said ok I will go elsewhere for breakfast. It took half an hour of arguing to get my money back.They said we will refund you if you give us your credit card details. I said NO,I paid cash so you give me the cash back. As I said, half an hour later I got the cash. Is it a credit card scam...BEWARE.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Near a large food court and a mini mall. Comes alive with nearby night market. Rooms are spacious, and quality toiletries are given. Breakfast is not a buffet spread, but you can order off a menu. The food is really good, especially their Moco toast.

GGuest UserThis is the fourth time staying at the Pannarai hotel in UdonThani. Once again we were not disappointed, hotel is in a good location for bars, restaurants and night life. Good value, in Europe a hotel of this quality you have have to pay 3-4 times as much. Staff very helpful, good English spoken and the staff are very polite, smart and cheerful. Buffet breakfast is excellent with many choices for a person to choose from. The rooms are modern, fresh appearance and are of a high standard. Having stayed here previously, if the price is right it's a big yes every time when in UdonThani.

TThomazThe best things about this hotel is providing good bed. That is absolutely what we want to stay at hotel. Hotel gives modern and comfy ambiance, they have mini swimming pools, gymnasium and sauna rooms as well. Interior design is quite nice, they focus on and details about what customers needs. Staffs are totally friendly and attentive to all customers.

PparickbestStayed for one night, booked through Agoda ( cheaper than hotel price) Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price Good size rooms , nice bathroom, recently refurbished Breakfast was to order due to Covid virus, but very good service, tea, coffee, orange juice, water, with eggs, ham sausage, toast, jam and a plate of melon to finish Location is just round the corner from Central Plaza. Turn right out of hotel, not left, much quicker ( 5 minutes walk ), with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area too Normally stay at Centara hotel, but was glad to find this hotel, will use this on my next visits, which I hope will be soon

GGuest UserIt’s quite far from airport, on the other side of airport vicinity do after having ridden about 5km , I stay on the room on ground floor with view of pool,the window cane looked thtilough do need blackout curtain. Room facilities are ok for stay with comforts, including electric kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, cloth closet,flatscreenedTV , highspeed wifi , instant coffee; one disadvantage is slippery floor, too high waterpower showerso the floor wet easily. Plenty of power oulets and USB ports for charging. Breakfast is served st the bar and restuarant at front buiding with eide selections of food. One plus is free shuttle from hotel to the airport, just inform tge front desk in advance.

FFoo Sze WongReceptionist spoke conversational English and helpful but had to pay a small deposit for an extra key card when I left mine in the room. Room was clean and bed sheets fresh and clean. I used to sanitise the toilet seat myself and this time noticed a few drops of yellow liquid on the back of the porcelain bowl, purportedly some urine, I think.. Other than this everything else was nice and clean. Free breakfast was nice and plentiful. The coffee selection variety from the machine was generous and plentiful.

PPon CFound this Hotel through Agonda. It's in a quiet area but only minutes away from the big streets. The staff are friendly and they do have a little selection of food, if you don't feel like going out and they have toiletries for purchase of you forgot to pack yours. The room is nice and clean. They also have a hot shower option and yes flushing toilets as well.😁👍

SSiRi LuxThe bathroom glass door didn't slide and the tissue holder in the bathroom wasn't stable. Gently pull the tissue and it falls to the floor. Both the tissue and the tissue roll holder attached to the wall (should be repaired) do not provide a cotton swab. Normal school grade shampoo. Personally, I think you should find a better shampoo than this. Because the pool doesn't smell good at all. There is no power plug in front of the mirror. There are no headlights or mirrors. There was only the light of the room. The maid's aunt comes to clean at noon and is not very happy. Because he used the spare key to open it and asked if it had been cleaned. Personally, I think you shouldn't do this. It's better to call the lobby and ask. You shouldn't open the door and ask like this.
For the room mentioned above, choose the Classic type room.
My favorite advantage is that the bed is soft. The door is locked using a strong keycard. There is a 3-layer locking system. The location is in the middle of the city. The air conditioner is cool, the unit is big, the room is spacious, but there is little to hang clothes.
If there is a chance to go to stay again But will choose a different type of room.

GGuest UserBack from Vientiane Waiting to board the plane back to the city the next day So I find accommodation near the airport, it's here. With the same, you can take it to reduce the flight ticket again, the room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the night is very quiet. I can't hear the sound of cars passing by even on the main road. The hotel looks ancient but not old and clean. The caretaker aunt looks strict. Not smiling and welcoming But provide good service as appropriate late Another day, check-out, 20 minutes walk to the airport, leisurely
