Cosy room but beds are quite sunken in

The guy on the phone was so rude. I don't know why it is so expensive for some people to be kind. It is a shame because the room assigned to us was just wonderful. Location is amazing. Just their customer service is so terrible.

I thought this place was great. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The bathrooms were within our building which is great for cold nights. The communication was superb!

Great location. Equipment also quite complete, came with heater and all.

Twizel is a small town to near the Mount Cook view. A room in the Motel is small and there is a kitchen for public in the motel.

Well located in the city.

No other hotels were found nearby. The room looked clean but there was a constant bad smell. Even with the windows open it wouldn't go away. There is a musty smell when the cabinet is opened. I really don't recommend living here.

This motel is very large, with several rows of dormitories on one floor. There is a supermarket next to it, which is quite convenient for shopping, but the accommodation conditions are too poor. The room is super small, and two boxes can't be opened at all. A large box can't be opened flat, and we booked a room with a private bathroom, but the space is very small. I went to see the public bathroom and it was very clean. The public toilet was also clean, so I don't recommend it. The key point of the room with a private bathroom is that the hot and cold water taps in the wash basin are separated, which is too 70s.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to gas stations and supermarkets, with restaurants, a quiet town, reasonable prices, ample parking spaces, small and simple rooms, small space, insufficient light, and loud exhaust noise.

The room is large, a bit like a one-bedroom, one-living-room, one-bathroom house. Everything is convenient. You can park your car in front of your room. The location is great, very close to Roy's peak, only 7 minutes' drive away. It's not far from the town center. If you like to walk, you can get there in half an hour. The scenery along the Wanaka Lake is amazing!

A very cost-effective motel in the small town of Twizel. The Four Square supermarket is just opposite and within walking distance. There are also gas stations and places to eat. It is a very good accommodation choice when visiting Mount Cook. Although the room is very old and the lighting is dim, for less than 580 yuan, you may only be able to stay in a campsite without an independent bathroom in the same area. It was very good for one night's transition. I don't know why the rating is not high, so you can stay here with confidence.
