It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

This is a really stylish and boutique hotel located in Medina in Tunis. The building used to be a Palace in the past, so you can feel really special here, rooms are nice, big and decorated, beds are comfortable, breakfast does not offer a very big choice, but everything is fresh and tasty, reception staff is very friendly and helpful, really a great place to stay!

I booked this hotel for three days using booking service. I felt ok since my booking is in 3stars hotel but the disappointment was in the restaurant which is not matching the pictures in hotel website. I had a diner soon after i checked in. Although the food was good, the lay out, the tables and sitting of the restaurant were very poor and uncomfortable. Room, bathroom are clean and bed also good. Breakfast was ok and rich with very poor coffe making machine. The other good thing in this hotel is the staf, the reception and room service were all friendly and very welcoming. Coming back again? Maybe.

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

I was completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Tunis. We were lucky enough to stay here for 6 nights as we came 2 days early to join a small travel group. With our travel group, we stayed an additional 4 nights. There were so many things that I liked about the hotel including a very nice breakfast buffet, the food in the restaurant was excellent, promptness of room being cleaned, very good internet connections, and the location was great. The front desk was always friendly and accomodating. They exchanged USD for Tunisian Dinars easily. The common areas of the hotel are quite lovely. I really liked the artwork that was displayed. There are lots of restaurants and small convenience stores nearby, and the park and zoo are only a few blocks away. I appreciated that the restaurant in the hotel was nonsmoking as well. With the dollar being extremely strong right now, we felt that the price for this hotel was extremely reasonable.

The hotel is very close to a railway station - ideal for reaching the city quickly. The staff is always helpful and premature. Once even the kitchen was kept open for a longer time so the room service could bring me another night dinner to my room.
