Location is good with safe and bright neighbourhood, will definitely book with Radisson Blue Tromso again if I’m here!!! 💯 Tips: remember to sign up for their membership (it’s free). It allows you to an upgrade or early check-in!!! Top floor with one of the best views! ❤️🔥

Great hotel in the heart of Tromsø. It’s next to a really great pizza restaurant (Yonas) and it has a beautiful view of the fjord and mountain. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

Decent rooms, good location in the city centre but overall poor service and customer experience - Paid extra for a seaview room, but was assigned a room that was very low floor and barely had any view - Reception staff took a lot of time (＞30min) to check in due to their payment system errors and insistence on charging at check in despite us staying 4 nights and offering to come down to make payment anytime. Ended up charging the amount twice on my credit card and causing additional trouble to fix with my bank - Cleaning staff were good, and kept the rooms tidy even though rooms are quite dated

Service was great. The politeness and friendliness during check-in and the room itself was great. We were there to observe the northern lights during the Diwali of 2024 and this was coinciding with my daughter's birthday celebrations, The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was the pickup and drop-off point for the tour. It is also close to the wharf that you go for whale watching. Plenty of food places within walking distance as well.

booked this hotel in your app , reference no is :***********. the price is NOK 11840.40, However, the hotel changed and charged me NOK 13640.40.  Please help me to follow this case and get refund to me.

In the city centre and walking distance to main attractions. Location is also close to most meeting points for the tours. Price is reasonable, and my room has an amazing view of the harbour.
