Headed to the magnificent Trentino region with a relaxed mood & family together. Nice place, clean, away from the city center, as planned. Service overall is below any 3-4 stars I’ve been around the world, not matching what they are providing. Since the arrival until we left, not a touch of warmth whatsoever. We had dinner & the last serving was by her self, managing more than 30 guests at the same time… she did well despite the lack of staff I must say. Breakfast is simply shocking… Buffett is way below average with limited choise of food, no alternatives to vegetarian as requested via email prior our arrival. Lots of guests complained in the breakfast room for lacking of plates, food, coffee etc. again, 1 server at breakfast only to manage everything… Never again

Something you do not expect. Great quality and family feeling. Defenetly a place to return and suggest. Style of the place is nicely selected and peacefullness is the total throughout the property . Perfect

Wether you want peace or party, maybe ski or have a walk or biking, is all possible. Trento historical city is 10 minutes by bus and 20 minutes at 1700 m Here you can be with a couple or alone to experience all your heart desires. The luxury in this hotel is not to explain but rather that you see and visualize it yourself. Your own experience is that what counts not the pictures that you see. CTB

This relais is well looked after and welcoming. I really liked the room we were assigned: spacious, clean and with a balcony. We liked the experience itself but we are forced to only give 3 stars due to the breakfast. For heaven's sake, nothing is missing: sweet, savory, juices, jams... But calling it excellent and extraordinary as they have done in the other reviews seems excessive to me. The products such as jams and honey are all packaged, the juices are supermarket ones; Even the desserts aren't that great. When I go to Trentino and especially to a 4-star hotel I expect to find local and homemade products, not industrial foods and drinks. Too bad, I hope they improve in this aspect

Excellent hotel, located in a splendid setting of beautiful mountains. "Maso" style furnishings with attention to the smallest details, courteous staff and excellent breakfast. A welcoming and peaceful environment, ideal both for a moment of respite during a business trip and for a nice ride in the mountains. One step away from the city...

We chose this hotel for our trip to the Christmas markets in Trentino. It turned out to be a good solution, excellent proximity to Trento and the other main markets in the area. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a few km from Trento and therefore convenient for our visit to the city. Spacious and clean room, scented and tidy common areas, friendly staff, excellent quality of food in the restaurant. The only things worth mentioning are the dirt and difficult parking and the restaurant which is a little cold in the evening. Excellent value for money. Overall recommended!

Hospitality has different boundaries depending on the latitudes. In this case hospitality to be reviewed: upon arrival, slightly early after an hours-long journey, we stop to check in and be able to at least leave our luggage in the hotel. In 4 star hotels there is usually this opportunity. Delivering the documents with the reception empty of customers and then only having the key in the afternoon is normal. I have traveled a lot for work and pleasure, I have never been refused, especially after an hours-long journey, to at least present my documents. In this case, we were made to feel almost guilty for having at least asked to leave our luggage. We had to specify that it did not contain valuables. After a stupid argument, they were kept between the reception desk all day. Until the room is delivered in the afternoon. Having said this unpleasant and unpleasant inconvenience, in the two rooms where we were staying with friends, we found dust in each of the corners of the roof and on the ground. For the rest, a delicious breakfast (even dinner) with a thoughtful and kind maitre. Warm rooms. We have not tried the rest of the services. Small, free dirt parking.

Beautiful hotel with spa. If you want to spend a relaxing evening I recommend it. Everything is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool, Turkish bath, hydromassage tub, herbal teas, sauna. Relaxing music. Friendly and courteous staff.

We are a couple and we wanted to dedicate a moment of relaxation, so we chose the Luxury SPA&Dinner package. As soon as we arrived at the Maso, we really liked the style of the furnishings. We thought that the evening in the pampering room will undoubtedly be wonderful... Unfortunately, apart from the sauna which satisfied us, the jacuzzi was old, not very clean, mold everywhere, a pungent smell of chlorine that made our eyes water even during dinner. In fact, we only used the sauna as a refuge to feel less discomfort. We regret not giving a higher score, but the mold in such a place absolutely needs to be removed. The romantic air wasn't there, the candles weren't there, it gave us the sense of little cleanliness and care. If we were to return, it would be just for the excellent dinner. Truly exquisite!
