3 nights stay is too long to enjoy the food diversity. The menu of breakfast and dinner of each day were exactly identical. The 1st night room wasn't good and paid extra money for a new view. We were charged Y6000 per person per night. Still don't understand why they charged per person not per room. Anyhow the staff was excellent to help our request.

The Oirase Stream is so beautiful in winter, and the apple pie is super delicious. Try to book a stream breakfast. When you encounter snow, everything is happy. The scenery is especially beautiful. Dinner Apple Restaurant is also very good. You can pay at the store. It costs 6050 yen per person! It's a good breakfast at the stream, but the environment is invincible. Experience the snow flying. Breakfast will make up the difference of 1650 yen

Oirase Hotel has good service, clean rooms, comfortable and elegant environment, rich and delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, large tea room with a large terrace for snow viewing and free tea and coffee, and nice open-air hot spring bath. After booking, make reservations on the hotel's official website for the free bus from Hachinohe Station to Oirase Hotel, Apple Restaurant buffet dinner, Oirase Stream free bus, Oirase Hotel to Aomori-ya free bus, etc.

It is very popular online. I booked two nights on purpose this time, but to be honest, I am a little disappointed with this hotel after the experience. The service is very average. It is not like a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, but more like a large chain hotel. First of all, many hotel activities cannot be booked two months in advance, including paid shuttle buses, and the hotel is located on the mountain. It will be very inconvenient if you don’t drive and there is no shuttle bus. It feels that the overall operational capacity is insufficient. Secondly, even when we left, the hotel service staff stood by and watched us move four boxes without any assistance, let alone help to get to the room when we arrived. This has never been encountered in previous Japanese hotels. Moreover, the meals can only be said to be mediocre. The buffet dinners for the two days of accommodation were almost the same. There was no change. As a Hoshino hotel, the service environment of Sakai Tsugaru, which I stayed in the day before, was obviously better. The gap is huge.

The hotel's activities need to be booked in advance on the official website. It's hard to get a vacant seat. You need to look around. The service is thoughtful. If you need anything, you can email the hotel and they will reply in time. It's like stepping on the powder snow in your dream.

Hiking activities could not be booked on the official website a month in advance. The reception ability of the customer service at the tourist center was average. When seeing people arguing, the customer service just stared at them and was at a loss. I found all the fun activities nearby by myself. The hotel’s big windows and views were a plus. There was a young man at the front desk who spoke very good English. He was probably the only one who spoke good English when I came to Japan. Fortunately, it snowed heavily and I had a lot of fun playing in the snow. Hiking in the Oirase Gorge was also good.

We took the hotel shuttle bus from JR Hachinohe, which was very convenient. We stayed for 3 nights, playing in the snow and eating buffet every day. The baby had a lot of fun. I will go to experience Green Stream World next summer.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, and the food is very rich, both for dinner and breakfast. In addition, the service provided by their employees is also very good and the manpower is sufficient. I will choose this hotel again next time. 

First of all, there is a free shuttle bus from Hachinohe Station at 13:45 (70 minutes to arrive). The hotel has many paid and free projects, but they are all in Japanese so I didn’t participate. I strongly recommend the ski resort 🎿 which is only 5 minutes away. The elderly and children played happily for 2 hours. The shuttle bus departs at 12:45 and returns to the hotel at 15:00 (2000 yen/person for snow entertainment). ♨️You can also try it. There is a shuttle bus to Aomori-ya at 15:30

The hotel lobby and hot springs are beautiful. It's a bit strange to take a shower in the open, but it's nice to experience it. I have to complain about the transportation to the hotel. The pick-up is in the afternoon and the delivery is at 9:30 in the morning. If you don't stay for a long time, just eat a meal and soak in the hot springs. It's a bit expensive.

The free paid tours arranged by my hotel are quite rich and of high quality, and they are well worth participating in. Guests must obtain the hotel confirmation number early before registering on the official website, as the event fills up quickly. If you do not have to go to the hotel from Aomori Station, it is recommended that you take the hotel shuttle bus from Hachinohe Station, and you can arrive at the hotel at 3:00 pm to check in. The journey is short and there are no tolls in winter.

Although Ctrip cannot specify rooms, the rooms provided are super large. It is recommended to book a hotel bus from Hachinohe Station and stay at Aomoriya or stay in Oirase for two nights, otherwise the hotel activities that can be participated in are limited. You can register for reservation activities on the hotel's official website with the Ctrip reservation number. There is a free bus tour in Oirase in winter, and there are paid night lighting tours, moss observation tours, and Hakkoda tours, all of which are quite interesting. Dinner can also be reserved separately on the hotel's official website. The buffet costs 5,000 yen per person, and there are delicious apple Western cuisine. The most amazing thing is the winter outdoor ♨️. The experience of snowing outdoors is great!
