The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will stay there next time

We have stayed in Ibis hotels throughout France and in other countries. This is one of the worst experiences so far. The ‘restaurant’ doesn’t have a starters menu. The hotel bar closes at 11 even for residents. There is no hotel info in the room. The bar staff are quite rude. The coffee cup was chipped around the edge. We will not stay here again.

The room is modern and clean but not very large. Comfortable bed with two bedside lamps (each side). A bench seat and a suitcase stand, TV remote control. Toilet block cabinet sink shower. The cabinet is small attention to people of large size. Hair dryer and soap. Pleasant feeling of this room. Note: Disabled rooms have larger bathrooms.

But overall really nice thanks to the young women at reception who were really great.

It is an excellent base for visiting the castles of the Loire. We stayed (group of 8) in this hotel for 5 days and it was a great choice. Basic rooms and bathroom in IBIS style but well kept and clean, bathroom with window. The hotel is next to Tours station, in a quiet street and the historic center and beautiful cathedral are a 15 minute walk away. It is well positioned to reach the state roads to visit the castles in the area. It has parking. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. We enjoyed the bistro where we always had dinner. The price of the single dish is €15.90, the menu is a bit limited (6/7 choices) but the portions are generous and served accompanied by salad and chips. The price of drinks is correct. The staff is kind. The hotel has a small internal garden where in the evening you can have a drink and rest after a day out and about. We recommend it both for the location and for the completeness of the services and the kindness of the staff. Excellent value for money. Tours is very pretty and the Loire castles (we visited 8 castles) really beautiful, the Touraine countryside relaxing and with little traffic. A nice holiday!

Ideal location. I deplore the additional cost of a young child and parking. Ask to be on a high floor if possible to avoid noise, I was on the 6th, it’s perfect. The reception at the hotel is rather cold but for the restaurant and the breakfast, nice

Close to the station but without any real restaurant solution really nearby. An IBIS but the toilet/shower area is quite narrow. Corpulents abstain. The lunch shipper is okay and there is public parking right next to the hotel

Hotel very well located, a stone's throw from the station, practical and very clean room. Still missing a kettle with at least one tea bag. Friendly staff and well-kept place. Very varied breakfast. Very good quality/price ratio.

Small room, for two with two small suitcases, it's not easy. tiny bathroom… questionable cleanliness… On the other hand breakfast rather not bad and well stocked; and very good considering the fruits to take away with paper bags provided

The room was too small for 2 people with 2 suitcases. Bathroom ditto. I had to bend over backwards to use the toilet (WC). Room was clean, breakfast basic and staff very friendly. We were a group of 32 people.
