I stayed here for one night.The room was small but for a solo traveler it suited my needs. Clean, comfortable, and the location next to the train station was perfect. I normally don’t eat breakfast but if you want you can pay for 15 euro. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Service excellent

On the positive side, the welcome overall and the staff were friendly, that was the real positive point overall. For breakfast, we were a little disappointed with our expectations, and in particular the photos on the site and Google Maps, but it was still good nonetheless. However, we were very disappointed with the bedding, box spring as well as mattress and sheets, as well as the bathroom, and especially with a hot water problem in our two bathrooms. We had to run the water for several minutes to get hot water, a practice suggested by reception when we went to see them to resolve this problem. Apart from the waiting time, this made us question your eco-responsible commitments and your Green Key label, commitments that we generally value. This seriously affected our stay, unfortunately, we who thought we had good value for money, were disappointed by it.

I was in room 304, came for one night only so I didn't come down to complain but water was leaking into the toilet reserve, which was a bit noisy. In addition, the bathroom ceiling has some humidity problems. For the rest, I was fully satisfied with my short stay: the interior is super beautiful, you feel like you're somewhere else.

Very nice hotel with smart and delicious breakfast options. It also has parking at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Room 203 chaotic: thin uncomfortable mattress no window in the room. Fortunately we were changed rooms the next day because one had just become available otherwise I don't see how they would have accommodated us.

The room is generally OK. But it didn't match the picture at the time of booking at all, and there was no swimming pool as mentioned in the introduction. Too lazy to chat with Ctrip, most of which will be fruitless. I just stayed one night during the trip and didn't want to affect my mood!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Good location relative to the station and the center. Clean, friendly girls at the reception. We did not take breakfast. There is a tea station in the room, coffee, tea, sugar. An old, authentic hotel, I recommend.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the train station, very convenient, and it has air conditioning in summer, which is very useful, very good! If I come to Toulouse next time, I will choose to live here again!

The location is very convenient near the train station. The hotel has an ancient style, the facilities in the room are okay, and the overall hotel is relatively new. Note that the door will be locked by default after 11pm, and you need to call if you need to enter.
