Clealiness, service and stay amenities are excellent. Facilities-wise, it's be awesome to have a pool and the view to the south isn't great (construction work).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Miyako hotel. The hotel is at a great location, close to highway and restaurants. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing we wished is that the gym can equip with weights.

Nice hotel and good experience. That's not my first time to book this hotel, I trust I will book this in future when I travel to LA.

Gym could use some improvement. But aside from that espectacular customer service and great amenities.

Didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant but the room was very good, space wise and espeically the bathroom with a large bath and shower. Very clean feeling to the room as well as the common areas. Worth the price difference from your average hotels within this area. Will go back on my next trip.

Great Japanese bath.

The bathroom was great, with a washing area and a bathtub. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Miyako Hybrid Hotel.

The Japanese brand hotel is guaranteed, the room is large, the toilet has a bathtub and a Hong Kong-style toilet seat, but the TV is slow. There are Mou Mou Paradise BBQ and Daiso nearby.

There are staff who can speak Japanese at the front desk, so you don't have to worry even if you are not confident in English. I took out food from a restaurant in the city and forgot to get chopsticks, but I was able to get them at the front desk. It was very helpful for me to have my suitcase weighed as well. Everyone was polite and very nice. I had a friend who lives locally drive me around, so I don't know how to get there from the airport, etc., but there's a DAISO and restaurants about a 10 minute walk away, so I think it's convenient. I bought 85° Bakery bread for breakfast and it was delicious. I think the price is high compared to surrounding hotels, but I think the service is worth it. There were no inconveniences and I had a very comfortable stay. thank you very much.

The hotel is in a strategic location and is convenient for travel. However, communication with the front desk was a bit difficult during the renewal process. I could book a room on Ctrip, but the front desk said there were no rooms and parking was free.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, the surrounding area is safe and convenient for dining

The location is a little off, but the environment and room conditions are pretty good.
