Pros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying

Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.

Because of the flight, the landlord asked us to check in early and postpone our departure. It was very intimate. The modern equipment brought convenience to life. The location is very convenient to go anywhere in the city center. The subway cafe supermarket is nearby. You can see the Toronto CN Tower as soon as you go out. Very pleasant and convenient stay.
Great hotel, comfortable quiet room, very friendly helpful staff. At time of writing, main dining room is closed and the breakfast + room service is pricey and a bit inconsistent. Overall highly recommend.
It was a great place to be in. Clean and safe. The house was also very comfortable and clean. A bidet for the toilet would be great. That’s the only inconvenience. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you🤗
This hotel was well worth the splurge!! Great location and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They were always quick to help and the rooms were super clean. The pool and gym were also very nice.
The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Union Station. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a fire alarm during the stay, but fortunately it was just a false alarm.
GGuest UserWe were welcomed with a smile and courtesy. Our room was ready. The luggage hold we found very useful as we had booked a ball game at the last minute and could not have brought our bags. Also excellent staff on checking out.
The room itself was perfect. Very comfy and luxurious at the same time. One silly thing. We both felt the vanity top in the bathroom was a bad choice. It was black with white blobs in it. We both tried to wipe them off thinking it was soap or toothpaste. 😄
PPangpangyusunnyThe reason for choosing Ritz is to value service. But I think Ritz Toronto didn't do that! Ritz discriminates in room arrangement! When I first stayed for two nights, I was assigned to the 10th floor. I was not satisfied and asked for a higher one. I was changed to the 17th floor! As a result, when I checked in again two days later, I was assigned to the 7th floor! I was speechless! And knowing that I had just checked in a few days ago, I wonder if guests are used to it! The most unacceptable thing is that when I left, I asked the concierge to help me move my luggage into the car. I also prepared a tip. As a result, the concierge was extremely unenthusiastic. I reminded him several times but he didn't move. He moved one for every one my friend moved! He even wanted a tip. Where does his confidence come from!
PPOTENS TRAVELSAmazing place to stay for thr entire family. We had so much fun at this location . The breakfast is nice. The only downside is absence of room service
Llizzier_YUEHotel location in the city center, more lively, sanitary environment can be, facilities are a bit old, service is more enthusiastic, that is, the house price has risen a lot compared to before the epidemic.
