This hotel has a beautiful environment and a simple and elegant design, giving people a comfortable feeling. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality was high. The staff was professional and considerate, and they were always ready to help. The restaurant has a variety of dishes and tastes good. The location is convenient, and there are many attractions around. The overall experience is very satisfactory, and I will definitely stay here again next time.
Ritz standard and quality has always been the best among its peers. My stay this time did not disappoint me. The services in all aspects were also very personalized, creating a very unforgettable and comfortable stay experience!
The hotel is in a good location when visiting Toronto. It is a 15-minute walk from the Union Train Station. It is in the city center and is convenient for subways and buses to various attractions. There are small supermarkets and restaurants opposite. The hotel looks quite new from the outside, but it is relatively old inside. The room is quite large and there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, but it feels a bit old and does not provide free water and mouthwash cups. As for the service, I was impressed by an employee named Lin from Hong Kong in the housekeeping department. He had a very good attitude and good service. There was an older foreign bellhop in the front hall who was also very nice and greeted us every time he saw us. The breakfast was simple but included in the room rate.

This hotel was well worth the splurge!! Great location and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They were always quick to help and the rooms were super clean. The pool and gym were also very nice.
The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels.
The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received.
Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.
The room was spacious and the location was good... I especially liked that the facilities were new and not old, and the room was very spacious. It's great as a bed. Next time I go to Toronto, I will stay at this hotel again.

Very good hotel, trendy and stylish, with sophisticated facilities, very comfortable bedding, the whole hotel is filled with the smell of perfume, I don't want to leave here, it's very close to Chinatown, it's convenient to travel, the Japanese food next door is highly recommended!
Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.

曹曹Hotel guest room is good, housekeeping staff service is average
GGuest UserPros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying
迷迷途知更鸟A simple and cheap backpacker's room. It's actually OK if you just stay for one night. The only drawback is that if you have large luggage and are arranged in a room on the third floor, it's quite annoying to carry the luggage up the stairs. The stairs are very narrow, so you may have this problem.
