The location of this hotel was spot on - walking distance to almost everywhere! The room was basic, but fine for sleeping (apart from the plastic sheets!). The breakfast was a great addition and helped us to start the day. However, the pool and gym were not good. The gym was tiny with hardly an equipment, and the pool had a fixed lane rope that meant you couldn't swim lengths. Pretty useless to advertise these as facilities. Everything else was fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep when exploring Toronto!

A spacious and well-equipped apartment, but not as comfortable as it could be.
It doesn't have a desk or a suitable chair for working.
The sofa is already warped from use.
The terrace door doesn't open, so having a terrace you can't access is pointless.
The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough with 24-hour hot water and good pressure.
The location is good, although it's a bit far from the center. However, all kinds of shops are nearby and public transportation is very close.
The reception staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient.
The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush.
Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

The service of W Hotel is better than that of Sydney and Melbourne. There is a Chinese front desk. Check-in is also very fast. It can be checked in at a little after 1 o'clock! When I arrived at the hotel, it was far away to get the luggage, and they came to help me. It was very active. This is better than other overseas hotels! But the room is decorated in an open bathroom. The socket is not working. The toothbrush delivery is very slow. No one delivered it all night. There is no swimming pool. The hotel windows should be cleaned again. The windows cannot be opened. The breakfast is very exquisite! The size is the mini version of W Hotel in Sydney and Melbourne, but W Hotel is considered new abroad. Other hotels are too old. It is still a choice.

Friendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.

A very good hotel with great service, sanitation and hardware. The price of hotels of the same level in North America is basically the same, much more expensive than that in China. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is all ordered.

The teahouse was in a great location, with walking distance to their subway and tram stations. There was plenty of food options around which makes everyday easier. The room itself was great, although it might be a tight squeeze for 3 people with huge luggages.

This small hotel is located directly opposite the main entrance of the station in downtown Welsy, Toronto. It is a separate house (a single house) with 4 floors and each floor has1-4 rooms. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor, and my single room is on the 3rd floor (the upper floor of the main). The hotel and the room are not big, but very clean and tidy! The hot water is very good, there is air conditioning, and there is no dust visually. The butler is enthusiastic and responsive. The bedding is comfortable, clean and has no sense of tide. Overall, it is very suitable for short stays, surrounding work, etc., it is recommended!

Sstephen2029The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood, with Hunan restaurants, hot pot, Korean BBQ, and Japanese sushi right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring. The rooms are quite spacious, and breakfast is served à la carte. The staff, especially those in the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Parking costs $50 a day.

GGuest UserThe decor was quite stylish and unique, but the in-room amenities were rather basic, and the service was just mediocre. For instance, after checking in, I called the front desk for disposable slippers, only to be told that no staff was available to deliver them and I'd have to pick them up myself from reception. Furthermore, there was a large, unidentifiable and seemingly permanent stain on the wooden floor in the room, which was quite an eyesore. Overall, nothing particularly impressed me, and I wouldn't really recommend it.

TTimoshaThe hotel is only about 7 minutes away from the railway. There are drug stores and different types of restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, *********, Korean, Vietnamese, etc., with a wide variety of dishes.
The room is spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. I will consider staying here again if I visit Toronto again.
