This hotel is outrageous. I prepaid the room fee a week in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms. Fortunately, another family did not check in on time, so they barely vacated a room. The room was dirty, with bedbugs and cockroaches. The air conditioner was very noisy. Moreover, I had to pay a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars per night after prepaying the room fee. The service was very poor. However, I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service for helping to coordinate in a very timely and effective manner. It is the most reassuring choice to book a hotel with Ctrip.
