I was very impressed with this hotel since I used to stay at the hotel when it was the Intercontinental. They spruced it up a bit with some paint and lighter hallways but really it was the service that impressed me. All the staff I came in contact with were excellent. The room was bright and comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little old as the shower door felt like it would fall off it’s hinges and gone were the luxury soaps creams and shampoos from the IC. No frills but if you asked for a bathrobe they brought it up. Fridge was not working but the Nespresso machine was. Never ending great coffee was a big plus too. I tried room service twice as I was working in the room during the day and the food, while limited, was delicious. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel as the location can’t be beat as well.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel is pretty good. Canada is not dirty after all. The cleaning is OK. It is not a big problem for a temporary stay. It is also close to Yorkville and is the cheapest hotel nearby. The breakfast is great and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The service staff is enthusiastic and the room is clean and tidy. It is close to the museum, with a subway and parking lot around the corner about 200 meters away, and convenient transportation.

The lady at the front desk speaks Chinese. She is very nice and attentive. I got two bottles of water and an apple for free. The museum and subway are nearby. I will stay here again next time.

The service is OK, but the twin room we booked was not arranged on the first floor. They said there was no similar room on the same floor. In the end, they could only change us to a double bed room, which is smaller than the twin room we booked. I don't know if the room type was locked when placing the order.

It took me a long time to get my car from Valet Parking and the security guard at the door had a bad attitude and refused to help me get the car. I couldn't understand it.

A hotel in downtown Toronto. The front desk is nice, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is buffet. Parking is not convenient in the city center, but there is a green parking behind this hotel. I parked there for 2 nights for $48.

The location is in the center of Downtow, which is first-class and convenient. Opposite is the Royal Museum, Ceramics Museum, etc. It is worth visiting. There are 2 supermarkets, TIM coffee, and McDonald's on the left and right of the hotel. About 200 meters to the left is Luxury Street, LV, and Van Cleef & Arpels. There are all kinds of treasures, so you can just walk around and browse. It is really a surprise. The hotel has a classic style, there are not many people, there are no tour groups, and it is not noisy. I like it. There is no buffet for breakfast, it's a la carte, which is pretty good. I particularly like the large amount of hot water in the bathroom. The sound of the air conditioner is a bit embarrassing. The lights in the room are a bit dim, but the space is large enough and you can vaguely see the luxury of the past. The front desk service attitude is very friendly. All in all, it's very cost-effective. Will continue to choose to stay.
