Best Western Plus Hotels in Toronto

All staff were well trained showing courtesy and hospitality to all guests. Business centre was well used. Further booking was available and done immediately. Breakfast was the best I ever had. The boiled eggs were especially fresh, bouncy and shiny. Super impressed in every aspect of service and product provided. Free shuttle service was provided every hour from 5:30am to 11pm.

We had a great time. There were a few little details that could use improvement, though. It took a little while to figure out that to drain the jacuzzi we had to physically take out the drain cover because it wasn't connected to that stick-thing on top of the faucet. The room was a bit dark, with the entrance lamp not working, and there being no pot lights and only lamps, one of which having 2 light bulbs with different shades of light. A few bottles of water would've been nice, too. Even though it is supposed to be smoke-free, the hallway smelled a bit like smoke. But overall very worth-it for the price.

I booked a room for one night but ended up extending it for another night. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Did not encounter housekeeping, or use any of the facilities like the pool. My one comment is that the heater in my room was rather loud.
