This is an absolute beautiful hotel. The rooms are huge, the hotel is spotless clean and the surrounding environment is cool overlooking Tongren City. Honestly this place is serious value.

The room is very clean and roomy. The breakfast serves both Chinese and Western styles of foods which are good. The service is excellent. I would like to make a special thank you to the manager, Mr. Liang Bao, He provides me many good information how to get to Fanjing Shan and Tongren Grand Canyon.

In terms of the ‘hard product’ this may be the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I was genuinely shocked at how wonderful it was and for such a low price. The room and bathroom were flawless and spotlessly clean, to the same standard as any international brand 5 star hotel and far exceeding any expectations I had. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

We are glad we chose this hotel. It is beautiful with a garden you can walk in upfront. The room was bigger than we had imagined with fancy gadgets and house keeping. Check in was a breeze. The front desk was friendly, helpful and resourceful. They helped us to find a driver to drive us. They also suggested places of interest that we could visit. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. The hotel is a little up a steep-ish cliff but its only like a 10 minutes endeavor. Taxis and didi's can come right up to the hotel. There's a bus stop literally by the hotel gate on the main road that can take you into town. The breakfast was the only down thing for us. Ir was very very chinese targeted. At least there was coffee! We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

The room is very large and the view is very beautiful. The service desk upgraded us for free. It is very close to Tongren Station and convenient for travel.

After a month, I came to Tongren again and still chose Huaguoshan Rongxin International Hotel. It has a spacious parking lot, is safe and convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and considerate services, especially the hotel gym is scientifically equipped and well-managed. The hotel's breakfast is rich and has everything you need. For nearby food, we recommend the "Shu Kitchen" located 500 meters downhill behind the hotel. It has authentic Guizhou taste and is delicious and not expensive.

Environment: The location of the hotel is very good. It is on Huaguo Mountain and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. The hotel's price/performance ratio is very good. It's much cheaper than the State Guesthouse. The rooms are larger and the facilities are complete. We stayed in this hotel and the State Guesthouse for a day respectively, although there is an obvious visual comparison. Compared with the State Guesthouse, the main difference between the hotel and the hotel is in breakfast and service. There are few types of breakfast, the service is indifferent, and the closing time is not timely. It has both Chinese and Western food, but the Western food only comes with slices of bread. The front desk service is indifferent, expressionless, not enthusiastic and attentive. The TV in the room is small and the hygiene is average.
