Ishin Hotels in Tokyo

Great group of hotels, I had experience with 2 of their location in Tokyo. They have lounge, coffee, and can keep our luggage before or after check-in / check-out. The staff are very friendly and super polite. I super recommend them.

I really love this hotel especially the location although its kinda small for its price but it okay is decent and clean. I forgot the two boxes of perfumes but they did not inform me, I just realize it when I came home in the Philippines and called them. They have it and coordinated to send it to courier but I just wished they told me right away so I manage to pick it up immediately when I was still in Tokyo :(

The hotel I booked that night was a resting place for my Tokyo spree. I passed by the largest and oldest tree in Tokyo. The hotel has a 4-square-meter bathing pool, which can relieve the soreness of my feet from the spree.

The hotel was close to subway stations. The room was nice, cozy, and clean. The service was great. The breakfast was simple but good. Its area could be used for working.

Room was very cold because of central air-conditioning, and front desk staff could not do anything about it. Towels were old, and there was some hair on it on one occasion. However the hotel provided complimentary coffee, tea, water, evening snacks in the lobby.

Design of the hotel is very thoughtful. In addition to the usual amenities, there are things like a luggage weighing scale. Room is somewhat small and it may be difficult to pack luggage. Staff friendliness was not consistent. Some are very friendly while others less so.

This is my second time to stay this hotel. Although the room is small but this is just nice for a couple. I am really love this hotel location as it is not a busy city of Tokyo and also not far from Tokyo. At the same time, the hotel street along come with many types of local authentic restaurants as well as the hotel downstairs do have Lawson. Highly highly recommended this hotel!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at the B Shimbashi Toranomon Hotel in Tokyo, and it exceeded my expectations. This stylish hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within walking distance to the bustling Shimbashi and Toranomon areas. The room was compact, but cleverly designed to maximize space. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the high-tech toilet and the rainfall showerhead. The hotel's proximity to public transportation made exploring Tokyo a breeze. Additionally, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, I highly recommend the B Shimbashi Toranomon Hotel for its modern amenities, excellent service, and prime location.

The location was excellent for travelling to spots like Shinjuku and Ginza, and other tourist areas were mostly just a simple transfer away. Would definitely stay here if I ever visit Tokyo again 👍

I stayed here for 3 nights for exam preparation. I recommend it. I will stay here again in the future. The front desk service and the sweets were very popular!! Thank you very much.
