The stay is amazing with Tokyo Tower view. The location is prime as well. Nice to have massage chair in the hotel room. Though space is limited, the massage chair really helped me to wear off my tired legs after a long day of city walk.

This hotel is close to a Family Mart and to the Roponggi train station. It was just a little hard to find since the main entrance was located on the side street and not on the main street. The front desk is located on the second floor. I stayed in a one bedroom and it was a small room with a small bathroom. It aas especially hard to place my luggage without feeling to cramped up in the room. But all in all it was ok. The check in process was easy, staff were helpful and friendly. They had unlimited amenities on the 2nd floor that you can take with you such as lotion, face wash, shower cap, hair tie, hair mask, coffee and tea.

Visited Tokyo for many years, this time I wanted to try out new area therefore we choose this hotel at Azabujuban. We have the room at the lowest floor, front desk said hotel room was 100% occupied therefore no chance to change. I do really like the balcony but don’t understand why there is no chair for sitting, seems that it is not designed for guests use. At around 4:45am, we were awaken by the emergency alarm. The red signal was loudly on together with a broadcasting informing us to escape immediately because of a fire. All the guests went downstairs to the street, (actually not so many, I guess within 20), after about 10 minutes we were told that we can go back to the room as there was no fire. Upon arrival at the room, shocked again by the emergency alarm, red signal was loudly on again and broadcast saying that there was no fire… after all, may be the hotel think it is normal to had false alarm in middle of the night therefore not any follow up apologize. Area is quiet and cozy, there is no shopping mall around, restaurants can be found easily anywhere. Pricewise, the hotel service level is much lower than my expectations.

This is a very nice, modern hotel. As expected the rooms are small but very comfortable. The location is great - walking distance from Roppnggi and close to the subways, but also quiet at night. There’s plenty in the immediate area in terms of restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and spoke English (thanks!) We had breakfast most days in the cafe which was high quality and reasonably priced. We liked the common areas too - the lounge on floor 2 and the bar on the roof were very nice for a free 5pm beer / cocktail. Would certainly recommend!

We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. Thank you for taking a lot of pictures of all the Bell staff. There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years １ delicious). When did you lose money? I really enjoyed the stay. The location is great. There are restaurants all around. There is convenience store just 5 minutes away. The hotel was very clean. The staff was also very helpful. Overall, excellent!

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location. The room was a tight squeeze for two people and two big luggage bags but you can make it work. Also free ice cream machine in the lobby

The surroundings are beautiful, modern and convenient for going out. The swimming pool is very good, the water temperature is suitable, the sauna is also very good, the service is very thoughtful, and they provide things such as swimsuits.
