It is a nice experience staying at Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. My family enjoyed the convenience of the location. Most people turn to the left at the exit to walk to the mall near Wendy restaurant. By turning to the right, get you to the train station a stone throw away and also walk further up. You get to see Takashimaya Times Square, and there is Uniqlo and Tokyo, many other shops out there. Go check it out. Highly recommended location. The staff speak English too. Great experience. Last tip for you~ if you are travelling by train, try to purchase a Sucia card from iPhone Wallet. Just search for Travel, and u can select Sucia Card. Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters! Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in! Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well. Overall, it is a great hotel!

We stayed here for a night when we first landed in Tokyo as we touched down late at night. Check-in process was smooth & the staff were helpful. The room was small, but it's mainly for those who have to just stay in for the night so that they can go for their early flight or when they touch down late. So can't complain much about it. Amenities were good though, they provided night gowns & toiletries. The toilet was decent and clean. Location wise - it's good as it's near Otorii station & just a short 5min walk over. There are also 24hr convenience stores nearby, esp if you need a late night snack. One thing I wanna highlight was that they had breakfast & we were amazed by the food & drink options!! We were spoilt for choice & very happy eating it. I think they also have airport shuttle service so that's useful if the timings are good. Nothing to complain about as it met and even exceeded our expectations for a reasonably-priced hotel!
