The hotel is very convenient, and provides the needs that you need. Clean and room has window. It doesn’t give u a fancy touch but u feel very comfortable and just the right level of standard u are paying for. Will high recommend to others.

the location is excellent and close to JR station! A lot of restaurant choices just down the road which is great. However the bed is very soft and the room is quite small, making it hard to move around with the luggage laid out.

Good location, however very poor service, no place to work out the room (there is a place which iwas closed and you need to pay 500 yen) , if you need extra blanket be ready to pay 3000 yen what a nonsense ! The price isn't worth staying, however it is beautiful building with fancy design. In lobby it is impossible to work as it is very cold and crowds of people . I completely dindnt appreciate the hotel , it is definitely not four star hotel, no service and no one is interested in your desires and needs.

OMO3 Tokyo Akasaka is conveniently located in the middle of several metro stations, all within 6-7 minutes walking distance. There are numerous restaurant choices around the hotel. Hotel staff are very cheerful and helpful. It is a very good value for money choice for travelers of small groups.

All are good, but the room is extremely small. Do not have space to open the luggage.

Reasonably located. Check-in time is pretty strict (even 20mins early wasnt allowed) Contactless check-in at self service kiosk with English language available but staff still had to help as the scanning of passport wasn’t too straightforward. Staff always greet us on our way out or in. No phone in the room resulting in having to go to the corridor to call or head down for any requests. Staff were pretty prompt to requests. Sadly no airport express bus available.

Its a nice hotel. And it’s rather convenient as it’s only 3 minutes walk from the metro station. I’d recommend it to anyone who travelled to Tokyo for the first time.

Hygiene: I stayed for 6 days and someone came to clean up the garbage and change new towels every day, but it seemed that there was no cleaning. Environment: There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops downstairs. The neighborhood is not noisy. It is about a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke and Akasaka Station. Service: There are still staff to help check in at 12 o'clock in the evening. Overall, it is a good value hotel in Tokyo

The room is too small, the layout of facilities is unreasonable, the 28-inch suitcase needs to be moved to the door to barely open the bedside table, it can be seen that previous travelers have had this problem, the wash basin is too shallow, water always splashes everywhere, there is not much storage space, the bedding and pajamas are still very comfortable, my son likes the big bathtub the most, the Japanese would rather have a small room than give up the big bathtub. There are only two washing machines and dryers. If I remember correctly, washing + drying costs 400 yen per time, which is much more expensive than Dormy Inn. The location is very convenient, located between Akasaka Mitsuke and Akasaka subway station, a few minutes walk from Biz Tower, and there are good restaurants under the building. We had an early flight, and before checking in, I was worried that there was no airport bus nearby, and I wrote emails to the hotel. They all replied one by one. When I arrived, I found that it was actually very convenient to walk to the subway station to the airport. There are various restaurants under the hotel. The newly opened eel rice restaurant next to it that we casually entered was delicious. My son never eats seafood, but he actually ate it, and ate it twice. The restaurant opposite the Excel coffee shop is also very delicious. Many office workers eat there. It seems that the drinks are unlimited. There is a Chinese waiter in this restaurant. Since the order is placed by scanning the QR code on the phone, my son ordered the same dumplings and yakiniku, but they were delicious and he finished them all. My son said that this was the most satisfying meal he had in Japan... Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel this time.

The location is very good, with various places to eat downstairs. I stayed in the chain hotel of this big group twice when I came to Tokyo. Although the room size is a bit cramped, it is clean. After all, if you want to live in a 40㎡ place, you need to prepare at least several thousand yuan. The 28-inch suitcase cannot be opened. When sorting out the spoils of shopping on the last day, you have to do it in the corridor. The microwave on the 4th floor of the hotel is not very useful and can't heat things at all. The service of the front desk lady is as good as always.
