Very nice accoms! About a 12min walk from nippori station which is fairly close to narita airport by keisei skyliner of 40mins. Location is easily accessible to ueno, tsukiji, shinjuku areas by subway. The rooms were pretty nice with tatami style beds. The counter staff were also the nicest people who were so friendly and welcoming, also providing us a map and tips of what to eat nearby and the shortest way to access the nippori station. Very glad to stay here!

It's called a hotel, but it feels more like a homestay. The Japanese-style rooms are suitable for foreign tourists. The room is spacious and has a unique layout. It's surrounded by residential areas and there's not much noise. It feels comfortable to live in. The price is not high, and it feels worth it. The proprietress is also very enthusiastic. She is proficient in Chinese, English and Japanese. She will also give us a hand-drawn map of the hotel and public transportation routes to several popular places in Tokyo to show us the way. It's very friendly to novice tourists who come to Tokyo. If you need to check in early, you can also ask them and they will give priority to tidying up your room. The hotel itself does not provide laundry service and breakfast, but there is a free public area where you can heat food, make coffee and eat. The surrounding 24-hour self-service laundromats, bakeries and convenience stores can also make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. The only disadvantage may be that the place is relatively remote. It takes about 10 minutes from the hotel to Nippori Station, and it is not as convenient to go to several popular places in Tokyo as hotels closer to the city center. But considering the price, these problems are really nothing to me. All in all, this is indeed a very good hotel, worthy of its Ctrip 4.7 and Google Maps 4.8 ratings. I hope I can book a room at this hotel again when I bring my parents to Tokyo next time.

The front desk staff is Chinese and the service attitude is very good. The hotel can really be said to be small but beautiful. Although small, it has everything. There is water, coffee, and ice in the public area. The room is spotless and very comfortable! I will continue to book here next time.

The room is quite big, with hot water in the room. The outdoor hot spring on the third floor is very good. It happened to be snowing, the view was great, and the room was warm. After all, it is an old hotel with old facilities.

A great little hotel run by three Chinese sisters. The other staff can speak Chinese, so communication is barrier-free. The service is very considerate and the decoration is very warm, making people feel at home even in a foreign country. The hotel is located in a residential area, very quiet, with supermarkets, convenience stores and self-service laundry rooms nearby, which are very convenient for life. It is only a few minutes' walk from JR Nippori Station, with convenient transportation, whether it is to and from the airport or to take the Yamanote Line to various popular attractions. The hotel room is moderate in size, slightly more spacious than the standard Japanese hotel, but the bedding is very comfortable, and the mattress is really the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I asked the boss, who said it was Nishikawa's mattress, and I must find a way to buy one and bring it back later. The hotel also has a public living room with floor heating and a dining table, providing various kitchen supplies. You can buy food from the supermarket and eat here, or cook simple meals yourself, which is something that ordinary hotels cannot do. In short, this is a hotel worth staying in repeatedly, especially for tourists with language barriers and unfamiliar with Japan, it is definitely the first choice.

The owner of this hotel is Chinese and very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. It is about a 5-minute walk from Nippori Station. There are supermarkets and convenience stores around. The room is not big but it is very clean and comfortable. It may be a little damp because of the rain. I think it is a very good hotel at this price. There is no problem with language communication when checking in. If there are any travel problems, the owner will also help and give suggestions.

The hotel receptionists are all Chinese who can speak Chinese. The hotel is generally clean. There is water purification and hot water in the public area on the first floor. There is a microwave, oven and refrigerator. Although there is no breakfast, you can buy it at the convenience store for the next day. There is a very good sushi restaurant and bakery nearby. The service is very friendly, but maybe it is like this in Japan. The room is small and compact, and the location is relatively poor. Everything else is very good!

Experience the Japanese living environment. It is very clean. It is worth placing an order early. If you hesitate, there will be no room.

The boss is warm and considerate, the room is spacious, and the toilet is small (a major feature of Japan). It is a 10-minute walk from Nippori Station and quite far from Ginza. Overall very good!

This is the first hotel we stayed in Japan. It is very clean and comfortable. The boss and the waiter can speak Chinese, and the communication is easy. The pajamas in the room are the most comfortable I have worn in the hotels I stayed in later. The key point is that when checking in, the boss will provide a handwritten map to help you introduce the surrounding food, scenic spots and transportation routes, and even mark the price, journey and time. It is very friendly and considerate. There is a tatami-style public lounge on the first floor, where you can self-service water and coffee. There is a laundry room not far from the hotel. Because it is in the living area, there are not many tourists here, and you can feel the atmosphere of local people's life. There is a food street with izakaya and barbecue restaurants. We randomly chose one, which is delicious and not expensive. There is also a large supermarket and a very delicious and cute bakery next to it. If there is a chance, I will continue to stay in this hotel. All the feelings are very good👍🏻
