Bed was comfortable enough, but checking in was a pain in the ass and the staff were robotic and devoid of human emotions.

Conveniently located, easy to find, easy to get by car, only a few minutes to Otemachi Station, Tokyo Station is also only ten minutes, nearby food streets, are many choices. It takes ten minutes to walk to Ocha no Shui. The room is bigger than expected, clean and tidy, the bathroom has a bathtub, not very small kind, enough sense of space! The room has a window, although facing the back stairs of the building opposite, there will be light in during the day, bright! Pack very simple breakfast, rice balls, bean curd soup, corn soup, bread, vegetable juice, coffee, tea, like to eat, actually quite good.

It's really clean. Although it's small, it has everything. Everything is useful and nothing is redundant. The service attitude is very good. The transportation is very convenient. Turn right and walk for five minutes to the Marunouchi Line, and take one stop to Tokyo Station (I went to Mount Fuji and finally took the train at Tokyo Station to the airport. Sometimes it only took more than ten minutes to walk directly from the hotel to Tokyo Station). The next stop is Ginza. I will book this hotel next time. I also stayed in this old Japanese chain hotel during the two days in Mount Fuji. During the cherry blossom season, other hotels increased their prices by two to three times compared to usual, but this one only increased by one or two hundred.

It feels a bit like Hanting and Home Inn in China, convenient and fast, mostly locals staying, mostly Japanese dishes for breakfast, bread and coffee, clean and sanitary, good location

As a business hotel, there were more local men than tourists, and although it was small in size, the service was good. It was clean, and most of them were locals, so I was able to stay quietly even though it wasn't a well-soundproofed place. The staff were also quiet and friendly. It's a single room, but it's a semi-double, so the bed was comfortable, and there was no space to put luggage instead, but it was a bed with legs so you could use the bottom of the bed, so it wasn't bad to unfold the carrier and push it inside. Children under the age of 12 (based on their birthday) stayed for free, and breakfast was prepared with a different menu every day, with Japanese and bread types, and it was delicious. In particular, it was very useful and nice to pack breakfast in a lunchbox so you could eat it either in your room or outside. You can bring disposable items from the 1st floor, and amenity is prepared by dhc. Even pajamas can be worn fresh every day. Slippers only cost 60 yen. However, I made a reservation through Google saying that the location is a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station, but it was 2-30 minutes away and a taxi cost 900 yen. It's a distance you can't walk. It's one stop from Tokyo Station, but if you use the metro, you have to pay 180 yen for each stop, so it was a shame. But, JR Kanda station is close. The neighborhood is also quiet.

The room was great and very comfortable to stay in. I highly recommend staying here.

I was doing well despite my age. I was shocked when they asked me to pay by credit card, but it was all refunded.
