Great location, easy self check in, happy with everything, clean and tidy

Room is very small. Room comes with bathtub & shower. No tv but comes with projector. Lobby has smoking room & their amenities too!

Amenities mentioned cable TV, and arrived to find only BS not CS channels working. A bit of disappointment there, but the location was superb and the front desk was extra helpful. Bluetooth speaker was a bonus. Will come back!

Location is great with 5 mins walk to MTR station and the famous Shibuya cross road. No facility is expected being a business travel hotel.

One of the good things about this hotel is the proximity to the different subway and JR. the rooms are small but functional. You wouldn’t be able to open two full luggages on the floors for the type I booked. But the hotel is clean. The room I was given had air conditioning issues which is not cool at all and it is the summer and it is humid and hot. The staff wasn’t able to help us to change room. And only could give us a fan.

It is a clean hotel with good location. Nice and cosy hotel. There’s free tasting of Japanese snack at the cafe in the afternoon.

We chose this hotel for our Group Tour because of its location. The staffs are also nice and the food is great. The stay was very convenient.

The hotel location is amazing, very convenient. It’s very close to the station. Even though it’s in a busy area but at night it’s surprisingly quiet.

Good location and very easy to access. Room was a little bit small . The buffet breakfast was good with great variety. Will book again.

Location was perfect. Of note was the breakfast buffet which exceeded our expectations for the grade of the hotel. Everything that was served was to perfection - I would recommend paying for the breakfast buffet if it doesn’t come with your room. We will definitely be staying here again.

The train station is smack outside the hotel but it gets really rowdy at night since it’s near the main streets. Room was small, lights barely lit the room and the aircon did not work well during the summer heat it was horrible

Location was good..walkable distance to shibuya scramble and 15 min walk to harajuku..near to miyashita park .. The only minus point is e room size and room was not tat sound proof
