This is a very special experience. The hotel is vey quiet and take advantage of current technologies. There is no front reception but you can do everything by yourself. The room is designed with optimum facilities to meet tourists requirements even though it is very compacted. Location is good and close to Senso Ji. We have a good experience staying at Hotel sails Asakusa.

The room is clean, and the condition is good. The location is a bit far away from Metro. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to Metro station.

The room is large with a living room, equipped with kitchenware and dishes. It is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station and a little over 1 km from Sensoji Temple. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Overall satisfied!

This is a self-service apartment-style small hotel. It does not clean every day, and you have to put a sign on the door according to its cleaning time, so those who book later should pay attention to this. We booked a three-bed room with a balcony. In fact, it is a one-bedroom and one-living room layout, with a shower, toilet, dry and wet separation, and a washing machine. The room squeezed three single beds (80 cm wide), but there were tables and chairs in the living room, connected to an open kitchenette, where you can cook. There was no problem with three suitcases unfolding at the same time, so I was very satisfied. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, and it is convenient to go anywhere. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and it is a 20-minute walk from Sensoji Temple. It can be said that the location is very advantageous. I will choose here again when I come to Tokyo in the future.

The room was very satisfactory, delicate and detailed. Very suitable for traveling with children, with three beds, no interference with each other. You can also cook in the apartment, which is fully equipped. Although it is a bit far from the subway, it is really important to live comfortably, quietly and cleanly. I asked the uncle at the front desk for directions, and he was very considerate to write down the outbound and return journeys, and even drew a map. The only drawback is that the check-out time is 10 o'clock in the morning, and I forgot for a moment, and the cleaning lady rudely knocked on the door, with a bit of a vicious tone and kept urging me. It felt like she wanted to throw my luggage out the door.

The room was very clean and the service attitude was good. If you stay for multiple days, you may need to have a place to dispose of the garbage in the room or arrange to clean up the room. Because the hotel is outside a residential area, there are no trash cans to dispose of garbage.

Although it is an unmanned hotel, there was no inconvenience at all. It is the best value for money. It is a hotel I would like to visit again.

Nice hotel, I liked everything, the room has a washer and dryer, a table with chairs, a mini kitchen and enough space for 3 people. There were difficulties during check-in, as it turned out she was there on her own... we suffered for a long time because the hotel did not send the code (and after a long flight the brain turns into mush), but in the end we checked in using our name and the specified date, maybe this information will be useful to someone. The location is not very close to the metro, it’s quite difficult to walk with suitcases, but in general, if you walk lightly, the place is ok, close to the temple in Tokyo. I liked the hotel, after some time there is something to compare with)))

Great stay at Sails Asakusa. Very well located in Asakusa, within walking distance of a lot of places of interest and very close to the metro stations to go further. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The room was very good and clean. There was everything you needed for a pleasant stay (even a washing machine and dryer). I highly recommend.

Basically, I was quite satisfied. I just wanted to confirm that they would come to clean the next day after I checked in, but they didn't.
