The staffs are nice and accommodating. The room is clean too.

Awesome hotel outside of city area. This area was perfect. Be expecting to do alot of walking if you plan on walking in the city of Shinjuku from this hotel. Breakfast is a bit expensive.

The hotel location was very close to the east side of Shinjuku City without being in the centre with all the noise. Very close to the metro entrance for M-7 which will get you to make other popular spots in Tokyo. The soundproofing was great. For being in Tokyo, the room was a decent size, but the amenities felt a bit lacking in comparison to other hotels I’ve experienced.

excellent stay and hotel staff were really nice and helpful! 1min walk to metro. there’s also yoshinoya and family mart next to hotel.

The hotel was really near to the subway, and the subway is just a stop away from shinjuku station. Free amenities are provided at the lobby and they also allowed us to safekeep our luggage at their hotel when we were too early for check in. Enjoyed my stay there, it was very comfortable. If you walk further up there's so many food choices.and shopping street!

Bed and bedsheet qualities are less than satisfactory. Carpets are not so clean. Location is okay.

Very much a 3 star hotel. The smell of the main foyer has an old smell. It isn't unclean, but the place could do with a more olfactory ambience. The room we had was unbelievably small. But the bed was nice and the shower was very good. The breakfast was also nice, albeit the same every day. The staff were most helpful, and the location is superb. You are right next to a train station, and only one stop away from the hussell and bustle of the very busy and vibrant Shinjuku. Your actual hotel location is fairly serene for being so close to central Shinjuku. We would stay again - but next time we would get a larger room.

A good hotel in Tokyo is close to Seattle bway and in a good part of the city for dining options
