I had an amazing stay! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the amenities. The location was convenient and easily accessible, making it perfect for families. The service was outstanding—staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The facilities were well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! By the way this is my second time staying here 🩵

Ground coffee and tea are provided in the lobby at all times. Comfortable room, but lighting needs to be improved, too dim. Near to MRT station, approaching 4 MRT lines. A lot of food and drinks along the street. Don't expect too much space in Tokyo Hotel.

The hotel location and services are all good but the room is quite small. The breakfast provided was a bit more than continental, but we had to bring the food and drinks to the room. The lobby is not available for sit-down eating. Drinking water is free though.

Hotel was at a very good location within 5-10 mins walk from station! Staff was very kind and accommodative to requests as we initially booked smoking room but wanted a non smoking room. Highly recommend this place :)

Great location and perfect hotel for business travel on one’s own

Overall it was clean. I stayed there for 6 nights. On the third day, I didn’t know what I was bitten by. This is the place.

I was very grateful that I could leave my luggage early and have it delivered to my room before check-in.

The hotel is very close to the MRT and the interior is clean. It's impossible to open two suitcases. Pros: The location and transportation are great, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby for food. Disadvantages: The room is small, it will be a bit noisy if you go to bed too early at night (it doesn’t matter if we go to bed very late)

If you're fine with a light breakfast, there's a good selection.

The price/performance ratio is extremely low, the room smells musty, and the hygiene is poor. I had to unplug the lamp for charging. It's really funny to spend a thousand yuan to stay in this kind of hotel.

It's just too small. Other than that, it's good. Convenient location
