I give them a full score. Here’s why : With the price you pay, you get your own room, with a decent space, (a little too narrow? I don’t think so. ), proximity to Minami-Senju Station, steps away from convenience stores, quiet and peace at night, etc. What else would you need?!?! However, I would love them to have a modern Japanese toilet (with bidet), tissue in the room & a mirror.

The host was nice and hospitable. The location is quite far away from subway. The room was compact but I had a nice sleep. Overall nice!

The location is quite far from the station but the facilities are ok, you can take your shower any time you want. The door will be locked at midnight

Ccean and compact room for a solo traveller with affordable price... Take about 12 minutes walking to the Metro Station (Minami-Senju Station)

Great value, has that old building smell but linens and futon are clean. Great front counter service

Cost friendly and good location, but the hotel dont accept cashless payment, so be prepare the cash.

I respect the care and curtesy of the staff. This adds a human element to this place to stay. And the guests were quiet too, which is very important, especially in Japan.

I liked the friendly staff and responsive workers. It was quite cheap. I didn't like that the window in the room was frosted and couldn't be opened wide to enjoy the view. The bathroom had poor repair, it was unpleasant to shower.

Cp value is quite high. Will visit there again when go to tokyo!
