Spacious, super clean. Great location.

This is more like an Airbnb to us, since it’s an no counter check in hotel but there will be some staff do the cleaning in the morning, the place is clean and actually the room is big and have much space for friend and family to share great moments. The price of this hotel is definitely the best offer. However, the location of this hotel is a bit awkward, near 池袋station and the donki next street is still a great choice for travellers aim for convenience and with sweet tooth. Travelling with limited budget, this could be your first accommodation choice!

The accommodation is clean / easy to travel / has a good security system. The entrance from the underground station has an elevator. Exit 18-19, go up and walk to the accommodation. Drag the luggage a bit far, but it's not bad. I secretly regret that in the evening, there are a lot of people smoking in that area. In the evening, when I returned to the accommodation, it smelled very bad of cigarettes. There is a Family Mart in front of the accommodation. There is a Don Quijote near the accommodation. It is convenient for shopping at night. But why are there no staff to clean? From what I have read, it says that they will come every 2 days, but we stayed for 4 days. I haven't seen any staff yet.

The check-in procedure in the lobby is very troublesome and requires everyone's passport. The hall was very hot and unbearable. It's less ventilated and hotter than outside. It was very hot when you entered the room and you had to wait for the air conditioner to cool down before you felt comfortable. The facilities in the room are very good👌You can wash clothes which is great👍 It’s a bit troublesome that we can’t control the check-out time. Everyone arrived late and wanted to have a good rest, but as a result, we couldn’t control the check-out time, so we were super exhausted😫 But the good thing is that there are plugs at the bedside when sleeping, and the shower gel in the bathroom is also very fragrant. There is a LUUP parking station next to it, which is very convenient, but it's a pity that there are no cars. The place for eating and shopping is very close. You can enter and exit directly with the password, which is very convenient and you don't have to worry about losing the room card. There is a sponge for bathing and scrubbing in the shower, which is very useful and special.

The environment is very quiet, and shopping and eating nearby are very convenient! Foreign families who travel by car still recommend this hotel. There are empty spaces at the door but you cannot park. We didn’t know why and parked for a long time. We apologize to the hotel!

This is a great aparthotel for families. There is an elevator and the room is very large. The lighting is very good and there is a balcony to dry clothes. Very clean and the equipment is well maintained. There is no dust even under the bed, so clean. The surrounding facilities are really great. The whole Ikebukuro area is within walking distance of shopping, food and fun. The further you walk back to the hotel, the quieter you feel and there is no noise at all. There is a small local hospital next to it, and people are basically there 24 hours a day, which is very reassuring. Although there are quite a few love hotels along the road, they are not noisy hotels, and the people coming in and out are not of a complicated type. On the contrary, it feels like there are shops operating in the entire surrounding street (very bright), and it is very safe. It is very convenient to walk to donki, drug stores, and fresh food supermarkets (several choices). Highly recommended. Anyway, I will stay here again next time👍

There are many clock hotels next to the B&B, and there are many nearby. The izakaya is a 15-minute walk from the subway station. It's acceptable, but it's a bit difficult to check in.

The price-performance ratio is good, and the space is larger than that of ordinary hotels, but the location is not as convenient.
