JR East Hotel Mets Premier Gotanda Reviews

This is not the first time I stayed in JR East Hotel Mets Premier Gotanda. The reason I chose this hotel again was not only because of the location (it sits right on top of the Gotanda station which is very convenient), but also because of the super friendly staff. For instance, I asked the receptionists where I could pick up a sim card for my phone in nearby store. They not only searched it for me, but also printed out the map to show me how to get them. They did one further: They called the store to ensure that they had the card. The other occasion was, I wanted to go to a restaurant but I only got the address, the staff googled it, printed out the map and gave me thorough instructions how to get there. I appreciated their service very much. The room is not super big, but good enough for two people. It is clean, and it separates the shower area and the washroom area, which is very nice. One thing I really like in the room is the mini massager; I used it every single night to smooth my back and legs. Since I enjoyed it so much, I bought one home. For sure I will stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo.

The location is really good just at the station so don’t need to walk that far. At night you can still hear the train track sound, a bit.

Perfect accommodation that I would recommend

The hotel located next to JR station, really convenient to reach ginza, shibuya, shinjuku, ebisu, etc. Hotel staffs are really nice and the room is spacious and clean. Amenities could be collected at the front desks; convenient stores around, definitely worth the price for staying!

Just above the JR station, don’t need to bring umbrella even in rainy days

The hotel is really comfortable. Just above the JR Gotanda station. Room is big and amenities are superb. Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer! Consent bathroom with separate toilet. Comfy bed with a work desk. Location is not near anywhere but close to Haneda Airport. Many eateries, dept stores and Don Quijote around the corner. Just 3 stops from shibuya, 2 stops from Shinagawa. Recommend for families to stay in JR hotels. A bit x but very good quality!

This is our 3rd stay here and I will continue to choose this property for its awesome location, cleanliness and comfortable size of rooms.

Location is good, super close to shibuya and harajuku. Couple if stations away from ginza too with the asakasa line. Clean room, comfy bed. Pillow too small but good. Generally good area to stay in. Near to supermarket and don donki too.

The overall experience was amazing. The location is convenient to everywhere I went, the room is clean, and the service staff was great, too! The only cons is the laundry room always full and event dry clothes for 1.5 hours also doesn't fully dry out.

Great hotel next to station. Excellent variety of amenities provided. Hotel restaurant serve as a good ambience and quiet place if you want to temporary escape from busy city.
