It was all perfect the bed was comfy and the staff is super nice. Really helpful. Everything is clean and the other guests were also really kind. It has a small safe inside the capsule but in my case it got stuck. The staff helped me out anyways so no problem. I really recommend

The best location in Tokyo will be 上野，I had a good time there and everything went well back in the day

Clean and Safe  I had been deep sleep almost forgot check out for a while. Fortunately I woke up on time. By the way, the hotel smells good 🎌🍁🤟🏻🍣

the capsule hotel was better than expected and the staff was very kind. the bathroom was very clean

Very clean and awesome service One of the staff who wore hat was very cool (かっこいい) too! I was worried that I might knock my head on the ceiling every morning that I wake up but the ceiling is taller than that 😆 so don’t have to worry~ But distance wise need walk pass some train tracks, might be a bit of dealbreaker 😭 There’s a shrine nearby which i didn’t visit due to lack of time

It's cheap and convenient near the Ueno station which is the JR station and you can jet everywhere and lots of convenient stores, there is a no breakfast in the morning but receptionist will be there in the very morning, great deal, great place, and about neighbors bunk bed its depend on your luck whether you will get hush neighbors and polite, or vice versa. But my 2 nights we're just ok. Just a cougher :D

It was good experience. They charge 200 yen to store luggage. Towels and toothbrush are provided. No water filters. Space is nice.

Very convenient stay for those who want to get to the airport. The stay is short walk from Ueno station Highly recommend

No fuss, no frills. About 10 min away from Keisei Ueno and 12 min from JR Ueno. Is in a quiet neighborhood. Clean toilet and shower area. Comfy and warm bed. With free drinking water

Great place , clean and comfy for solo travellers . Close to the train station and some of Ueno attractions.

First, the location was so good. Everything was close to this hostel. Ueno station and night market, and shopping. Hostel cleanliness was good. I stayed three nights and thought towel will be charged everyday but it wasn’t. You have to use the towel that charged first day until you check out. They had the elevator. Woman and man room was separated by floor which was good. Air conditioning was good. Everything was good. I am planning to book again this hostel. And when you check out u have to peel off the bed sheet.

Perfect capsule hostel for solo travelers or small groups. Everything is as advertised: budget friendly, clean, safe, and an excellent location to explore Tokyo from.

The stay was good. Not perfect I would say. It's my first time staying in capsule. It's been a good experience but it was little small for me.

Got a great deal on the price, so very happy with the outcome overall, but the bag storage situation in the rooms was just tape on the floor for groups of bunks, which were overflowing into the walkways, not ideal. Would stay again for great location and accomodating staff, if the price is right.
