Great location, steps away from the busy Ueno area and Akihabara. Easy access from the airport. Staff spoke very good English and helped me to extend my checkout time by 1 hour. I will stay here again!

Great hotel, rooms and bathroom very clean. Free soda and coffee is really appreciated. Staff was very helpful and caring with us, they even helped me find a place to book a covid test. Location was great!

Good hotel, there is a soft drink zone and free alcohol at specified times, free breakfast, next to the train and JR train (not far to walk) There are many restaurants and shopping malls in the hotel area.

Next to the busiest street in Ueno, there is a happy hour with wine on the first floor. Breakfast is mini but basic. You can stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient. There are a lot of shopping and dining on Friday. It is also very convenient to enter and exit the room with the password. I will consider it next time.

This is the second time to stay. Although the room is small, you can still move around after opening two 28-inch large windows and two small ones. Only the bedside charger is broken, but there are still other locations for charging

The bed is made of two mattresses stacked on top of each other, and the toilet is very thin, so it is easy to reach the toilet seat. There is a smell at the mouth of the ditch, which smells like urine. But the service staff has a good attitude and is very friendly.

The service staff are very courteous. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's just at Exit 5 of Naka-Okachimachi Station. Getting in and out of Narita Airport is fast and smooth. Ame Yokocho is right on the isolation street. The breakfast is also rich. The room is tidy and the sheets and towels are clean. Check-in It is also very simple. There is no key card, so you can just press the password to open the door. You are not afraid of losing it. I will come back next time I go to Tokyo.

To be honest, the service is really nothing to say, and the view of Mount Fuji from the room is super happy, and the breakfast is also very ritualistic and very cost-effective. Really recommend.
