This hotel is affordable, very clean, and has a great location. It's near Ueno and easy to find. The residential area is quiet and the sleep quality is very good. I recommend this hostel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever met in Japan! Luggage cannot be stored, and you will be charged if you check out for more than 10 minutes! There is the sound of trains when you sleep at night. The front desk doesn't even offer a drink of water! The price is expensive. It's really a rip-off to book this hotel. I suggest not to stay.

I understand that they don't let me into the hotel when my flight arrived late at 10:30 and don't need to refund my money, but I don't understand what they mean when they report me for trespassing in a private home. Did they use money from the hotel where I live to trespass in a private home? Do you understand that they don't respond to reports even when it's late because they have **** in their heads? Do you have **** in your head? I came here alone and my impression of Japan has been greatly reduced.

First of all, this hotel does not store luggage. This is a standard service in other hotels, but this hotel doesn't even care about such small details. Even check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10pm, about an hour earlier than other hotels. I had to cram fifteen bunk beds into a small room and stay there, but because there were so many people, I couldn't sleep deeply due to snoring and noise. Honestly, I don't know if the bathroom is clean. Hair is rolling everywhere and there is a lot of dust. ah… It just wasn't that good. I paid about 80,000 won for this hotel, and it was ridiculously cheap compared to the price. If it were me, I wouldn’t stay here again.
