Indian housekeeper didn’t clean room or give new towels or empty trash, even though I’m booked for 2 nights. Worst of all, the hotel staff even entered into my room without my permission, at 10am, when I had DO NOT DISTURB sign on!!! 🤬 The attached photos are what my room looked like when I came back in the evening, expecting to be cleaned and tidied up.

Location is good , Excellent service , Clean and comfortable environment .

It’s not very closed to the metro station to be honest. But walking distance to Shibuya sky Room is quite small compared with other hotel.

Great stay! Amazing service and great location. It’s close enough to the bustling areas but also far enough so you can get a good nights sleep from the noise

Very convenient. right opposite blue bottle coffee and family mart so location is great. However, room is very small for the price.

The room is small, I'm just a backpacker, so it was enough for me. I think people with baggage will have a hard time.. 😅 Something wrong with the water (pipe?). Like, when i shower, the water is very hot, so i adjust it to be more cool, but then after a while, it became very cold., so i adjust it to be more warmer, again, after a while, it became very hot.. , i had to adjust it everytime.. The water temperature doesn't stay.. That's my only complain. Everything else is really great.

quite a convenient place. It's not really luxurious, but it's easy to find and the service is nice.

The receptionists were really friendly. The only downside was the location as it is quite a walk from the station with a bit of hill. Not the best when you’re carrying luggages.

Almost forgot to say, there’re couple of good coffee shops located right next to the hotel, one of them is the famous Blue Bottle Coffee, worth to visit if you haven’t tried it, but the others around the hotel is better IMHO.

location is quite good, but your feet hurt when you go up the hill when you are already tired from walking from the Shibuya crossing and all the shopping area. but the good thing is very near PARCO. the view is poor cos it's just the wall next to the building.

First time staying at a 9sqm room with shower, sink, toilet, TV, hangers, etc. It's great for sleeping but friendly advice not to bring any large suitcase as you simply cannot open it inside the room, best to store at airport or train station. Room was near and clean, a no nonsense hotel, value for money indeed.

If you're like me, this is the perfect hotel. No frills. Just a futon on the floor, clean bathroom, hot shower, privacy. And right outside, the epicenter of bustling Tokyo culture. Shibuya pass, amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, so many people to run into and meet. Yoyogi Park, Meji Shrine, bright lights, electric futuristic Tokyo alongside the old country. The staff are very helpful, but it's nothing fancy. It's what I'm always looking for - simple, budget place, but not a hostel either. You have your privacy, and everything works well and is clean. I'd definitely book this for my next trip to Tokyo.

Nice place with free coffee, also next to Familymart which is a good thing.
