1-The hotel is in a quiet area of Tokyo, close to the Tokyo Tower and several metro stations.
2-There is a nice view of the tower from the hotel. 3-Self check-in and check-out are required. 4-Make sure you receive the instructions link, or you won’t be able to enter the building as we did.
5-You need to sort your trash by yourself. 6-The room is relatively clean, with washed linens, but there was a lot of dirt and hair on the blankets. 7-The staff responds quickly to emails. 8- the room is a bit small for three people, a bed and a coach are really short.

The place was full of facilities that is necessary. Just about 1 km. from Skytree station. I had some difficulties with the TV remote control and the tablet. I cannot charge the tablet and the remote control was broken. I was unable to adjust the volume of the TV. However I would still recommend this place.

The hotel is clean, and the position is awesome. The automatic check-in process is very clear. I would definitely visit it again!!

Very clean , big and comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed at this accommodation, this time it was a bit worse than the first time. It was dirtier with hair on the floor and the house had plastic panels through which a lot of cold and noise came in, we contacted the person in charge and he told us he would respond to us, days later we had no response from him. Everything else was fine.

I came with an elementary school girl. It was nice that I could cook and buy food from the two nearby marts. The subways were also conveniently located up and down. I stayed on a high floor so I could see the entire Skytree and the view was nice. It was spacious and the location was good but there was a lot of dust. The hardest thing was that I went in February and it was so cold because there was no windbreak. There was a mat on the floor but it was a bit stained so I think it would have been better without it. The price was cheap and it was very cold (a lot of wind came in through the windows) and dusty, but it was good!!!!! (The bathroom was also clean)

The facilities are very complete. You can cook your own food and wash your clothes. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. There are many choices of restaurants. There are many large department stores such as Seibu and Parco.

The location is not far from Kinshicho Station, convenient to travel, but the bed is a bit small. There were 3 of us, father, mother and child, sleeping on the bed for 2 people was a bit cramped, the other person slept on the sofa. The room has a lot of space, big, convenient to put things, but I would like to add a bed, it should be a Queen size, it will be perfect. / The heater still feels like it is not working well because the weather is very cold.

You can see the Skytree. If I hadn't found stains on my comb, I would have given full marks. It was very windy that day, so I thought I pressed the wrong password. It turned out that it was too windy and I needed to force the door open.

Check the hardware, check the mattress, and enlarge the bathroom mirror. There are water stains on them. They haven’t been washed. The toilets haven’t been wiped clean either.

I chose this B&B this time and it was very good. You can see the Skytree from the terrace. The indoor space is large enough and clean. I can book it again next time. It can accommodate up to 3 people. I think it is very good. But this time I am alone and the sense of space is very good.

It is a 10-minute walk from Kinshicho Station. You can see the sky tree from the room, which is very beautiful.

The rooms are self-service. To be honest, this model can only work if all the guests are high-quality tourists. The room was cleaned when we left. People in Japan are very conscious about trying not to cause trouble to others. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a supermarket and a convenience store downstairs. There are not too many foreigners in Sumida and it is quiet, so it is suitable for leisurely play.

Overall good, beyond expectations.
