Good value for money. Clean and not as bad as described in other comments. Walking distance to Toyosu Market. Around 15 mins walk only. But the room is really small and hence may not be suitable for long stay.

First of all, the hotel is not far from Toyosu subway station and is very easy to find. Although the hotel has a smoking room, it does not provide free matches, which is indeed a failure.
