It was unimaginably bad; the room was small and filled with the smell of disinfectant and smoke. It was even worse late at night. There was a strong smell of burning plastic coming from the vents (is someone taking ***** in the next room?). I was choked and couldn't breathe and sleep. Even open the window didn't help. Room was small however service and location covers that up. Very pleased with this booking.

2 minutes from Nippori station, the room is compact and pretty clean and quite. Everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly at all time.

It's very convenient because it's close to the JR station, but the room is small and the toilet smells really bad. It's scary.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Nippori Station. Due to the lack of rooms, we had to book the rooms 2 days apart. When we returned at night, our luggage was already in the room. Unfortunately the hair dryer only blows cold air.
