Very conveniently located with just a stone’s throw away (less than 5 minutes walk) from Ikebukuro Station (one of the major train interchange in Tokyo) East North Exit. The hotel is a bit dated but well-maintained. We stayed in a Casual Twin Room (smaller of all Twin Rooms) and though the room size was rather small, we didn’t feel uncomfortable nor claustrophobic. Service was friendly and prompt. The best part was a Fanily Mart convenience store right below. There’s also a 24-hour Ichiran Ramen about a minute walk away so you’ll never go hungry.

Overall, we like the location and breakfast. Subway is within the same building. Extremely convenient.
However, Rooms were kind of old and need upgrade.

Overall good experience at this hotel, room size was towards the smaller side but it was a comfortable stay. However it would be good if the hotel has laundry coin services as we were not able to do our laundry in Tokyo. Massage chair in the room was a good addition but i wished it provided options to the customers if they would prefer it or not as it occupies quite a big amt of space in the room. Hotel provided extra amenities too like free probiotics, eye mask each day at the lobby and checkin process was seamless.

Not too bad! The massage chair is as a little odd, but still enjoyed it. They did move my room when I asked. It was small, but doable. I slept well each night. Very accommodating staff. The room was a little stuffy with not ability to open a window. English TV and so much signage as well. Perfect for one person.

Pros: Location was great with just 7-10mins walk to Tokyo Station and there's Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line) just outside the hotel making it easy to access to Shibuya Station. Massage Chair in each room as a replacement of bathtub, came in handy for our aching backs and legs (not for feet) which we used it almost everyday!
Cons: Found a strand of hair in the bath towel for 2 days stay. Note there's no washing machine in hotel but they do provide laundry service (chargeable). Bed is situated next to bathroom so lights will be shinning into the bedroom when using the bathroom.

The hotel itself is pretty standard, clean, efficient and relatively comfortable. The staff were polite and the check in/out process was easy.
The real winner here is the location. Literally on the same block as the trains and subway, with plenty of restaurants, convenience store etc and smack right in the middle of Akihabara’s iconic street, it does not get much better than this. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful at the reception. Housekeeping was efficient and rooms were clean. Loved the massage chair. It helped after a long day of walking. The breakfast was pretty good too.

I have been staying here on many occasions and stayed here again for 4 nights on my recent trip. Had a near wonderful experience as always. The staff were all so helpful and courteous, and the rooms were always kept clean and tidy. However, there isnone small suggestions if I can make, is that, the hotel could look into changing some of the old mattresses as I could feel the pocket springs when I used the bed, and it could be a bit uncomfortable.

Location: 5 minutes walk from Tsukiji subway station, very convenient, and close to Ginza
Facilities: It is really spacious compared to Japanese hotels of the same price, but because it is relatively old, there are fewer sockets at the bedside. The TV can play very clearly, and the bathroom has a lot of water, but the shower and bathtub are together
There is a 711 and Family Mart within 50 meters of the hotel. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the left to a ground parking lot. There is an izakaya on the road next to it. The yakitori is delicious
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it. This one near Ginza is very cost-effective. I will consider staying here next time.
