The room is spacious, clean and odorless, and the bedding is comfortable. Although there is no heating, the room is warm and the temperature is suitable. The windows facing the street are not very soundproof and a bit noisy in the morning. The breakfast is OK, but the hot dishes are left open and they are cold when you eat them. When I went there, the fried mushrooms were just served and they were still quite hot. I covered the lid after serving them, and I covered the lids of other hot dishes with my hands after serving them. When I turned around, a chef came out and opened all the lids. The room facilities are very simple and new, and the living experience is very good.
The tourism service during the Spring Festival holiday in Tianshui this year was not very good. We ate Eden Garden Malatang, but there was no place to eat it, so we had to pack it up and take it back to the hotel. I ate Mark's Grab-and-Go at night, but there was no place to eat it, so I had to take it away.
There is a microwave at the hotel front desk, which was very helpful in heating up the food for us. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and asked me if I wanted disposable chopsticks.
We were supposed to visit Maiji Mountain the next day, but the lady at the front desk said that it was snowing heavily and the park might be closed, so she suggested that we call the scenic spot. When I called the phone, it turned out to be turned off, so I saved myself a wasted trip.
In general, this hotel is relatively good in Tianshui, and the living experience is also very good, especially the twin room, which has a good view of the river.

The cleaning of the hotel rooms was too perfunctory during the stay. The ashtrays were not emptied, the urine spots on the toilet 🚽 were not taken care of, the beds were not swept, the floors were not mopped, and one day they even did not put paper towels. I asked them and they said they forgot to put the paper. , I also put a small square towel and said it was gone. To be honest, I had the idea of changing to another room for two days!
But what kept me warm was that the front office staff and the lady at the front desk were very enthusiastic about giving me free room upgrades. I stayed there for several days at a time, because I had to go to and from the car for many days, and the security guard was also familiar with it, which was very good. , and the young lady was very enthusiastic to help me store my luggage. The first time I came to Tianshui, I was shocked by their warm hospitality. The hotel has free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very considerate. The room is clean and well-lit. The front desk lady is also very polite. She upgraded the room type according to my personal requirements, free of charge. It's a really good hotel🏨

I usually rarely write online reviews, but this time I must praise it. Their lobby is very in line with the characteristics of the geological hotel. The geological atmosphere is strong. The beauty at the front desk is very thoughtful. It snowed when I checked in that day. I booked a room by the elevator. The front desk staff said that it was cold in the snow. Actively helped to upgrade some of the room types in the middle, and turned on the air conditioner very intimately before check-in. It was really great. Check out and sent three baths. The service was in place. The interior of the room was spacious and clean. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Must choose next time

GGuest UserThe King Room with Window at Hanting Hotel that I stayed in this time exceeded my expectations overall! The room is of moderate size, with a simple and warm layout, and the design of original wood tones makes people feel relaxed. The big bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I can sleep without any pressure until dawn. What I am most satisfied with is the windows in the room, which provide ample lighting and good ventilation. The sunlight coming in in the morning is particularly soothing, and at night I can see the street lights, without feeling oppressive at all.
The hygiene details are in place, there are no obvious stains on the floor, table and toilet, the air conditioner cools quickly and quietly, the shower water pressure is stable, and there is plenty of hot water. AAnonymous UserHotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

GGuest UserThe B&B is really good and comfortable. It is located in the ancient city, quiet in the bustling city. The ancient city is basically quiet after 10:30. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are scenic spots all around. It is also convenient to eat. I forgot to take a picture of the room. Although the room is not big, it is very warm and comfortable. The bedding is cotton and linen, and the toiletries are from L'Occitane, which is very good~ Tianshui is also a very good ancient city, especially cool in the morning and evening.

SSpeedoholicAmy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby.
All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

EErbaoba優點：1.離景區近，不到2公里；2.房間卧具乾淨衞生；3.沒有蚊子（不知道是地理原因還是氣候原因）.4.停車方便.5.服務還不錯.6.餐食可以另外預訂（沒吃，不知道菜品口味如何）.
缺點:1.去景區的路是單行道，回來得從河對岸繞回來，目前對岸在修路，可以抄近路從河道上的臨時路開回來.打個車或者坐公交車去景區大門，而且也衹有這個選擇，因為開車去景區的停車場也不對私家車開放。2.三人間沒有衞生間，衹能用公共衞生間和淋浴（兩人間有衞生間，是否有淋雨不確定）.3.沒有空調，但是即便是8月10號左右，晚上也非常涼快，衹有17度，還要蓋被子。4.酒店掛的牌子是雕塑博物館，一開始以為走錯地方了。
