The hotel is located in a very good position, very close to some of the main attractions, the river bank, and a street full of shops and street food. It is not extremely close to any subway station but it can easily reacher by bike or walking. The room was okay for the price I paid, but it was not extremely clean. The water from the shower could not drain properly and arrived on the floor, but the lady at the reception desk was very nice and solved the problem. Also, 3 lights in the room were not working properly, but they didn’t manage to fix it on time. In conclusion, it is a cheap hotel in a good position, and it can be a good choice for those who travel on a low budget.

During check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly efficient and friendly, answering every question and quickly arranging everything for me. Entering the room, my first impression was its cleanliness and tidiness. The bed was perfectly made, wrinkle-free, the bathroom was odor-free, and toiletries were neatly arranged. The amenities were also very new, including the TV, air conditioner, and kettle, which all worked smoothly.

設施：酒店設施比較齊全，房間設施基本都有，但設施要多維護和檢查，房間投影設備不能正常使用，無法收看 衞生；比較乾淨整潔，但還是要注意房間細節的清潔，淋浴間地面磚要注意清洗保潔，房間裏床邊會有前住客，有遺漏的東西，房間檢查還需加強 環境：周邊環境一般，酒店門口停車位不多，滿的話就要停在其它地方 服務：服務態度好，熱情，其它尚可 希望酒店保持好的方面加強不足之處的改進，再接再厲繼續加油

The hotel is very cost-effective. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. I give her a thumbs up for her service. It feels great. The room was clean and tidy, and the parking was very convenient. The location is very close to the town of Florence. The environment at the door is great with the central lake and park. I will come again next time. I am very satisfied and highly recommended. 👍👍
