I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. I didn't expect it to be such a good experience. The hotel environment is nice. The lobby smells good when I walk in. The room is big and new. The front desk helped me upgrade the room. They were very gentle when I checked in. They also asked about my stay experience when I checked out. They put the guests' feelings first. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Tianjin.

The hotel is located near the Beichen subway station. There is a small shopping mall opposite to the hotel for shopping, which can meet basic eating and shopping needs. There are no expensive items around, but it is very convenient to take the subway to the city center. The hotel lobby is well decorated and looks well laid out. After entering, guests will have a very broad view. There are many seats in the lobby and free books, so you can sit down and read slowly. The room facilities are very good and new. The table in the room is movable, which is very convenient to move to the sofa position. The room windows are also large, with good lighting and ventilation. The washbasin in the room is reasonably located, at a height that is just right for a teenage child to enjoy the room without feeling it is too high. The water in the room drains quickly without getting clogged, and it seems to be cleaned promptly. The breakfast tastes delicious. The baguette, toast bread and red velvet cake all taste good. The bread head is not to be missed. The freshly cooked noodles are also very chewy. It's very warm and considerate to add a bowl of noodles when it's cold. All hotel staff are online, the restaurant waiters replenish dishes in time, the front desk is polite, and they also prepared children's toiletries and lollipops when they saw that they brought children. My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from major attractions. It's also surrounded by unique local restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and shopping. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and the plush, comfortable bedding ensured a fantastic night's sleep. I particularly loved the bathroom design, with its smart wet/dry separation and high-quality toiletries. The attention to detail and overall quality was truly impressive. The hotel is good to stay, all staff is so kind and helpful, especially the restaurant staff, so friendly and lovely...love the breakfast and coffee. Hotel provides free self service laundry, we can take our clothes to the laundry room, inside have washing machine and cloth dryer machine. We can order outside stuff, and front counter staff is so helpful to prepare the stuff we ordered in an AI robot and the robot will send the stuff to our room. Is so amazing we love the service. Hotel lobby is clean and comfortable, they provide computer and printers so I can print my important document in the hotel. The services provide by the hotel I can said is 100% satisfied. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

In the industrial park of the headquarters base of Wuqing Development Zone, Huanpeng built a garden and water system by itself, which is very ingenious. The sky is clear after the rain, the air is fresh, and it is very refreshing to take a short stroll. The check-in lady upgraded the room thoughtfully and gave us fried dough twists and fruit plates. It was great. I will come again next time.

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one is really amazing! As soon as I entered the lobby, the high ceiling and gorgeous chandeliers made it look grand and elegant. I booked a family suite with my parents. The room facilities were even more amazing. The view outside the window was breathtaking. The bedding was so soft that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel, while modern, is not conveniently located. One noticeable downside was the absence of small spoons and plates in the room. Despite these drawbacks, the standout service from the housekeeper, Wong Jing, made a significant positive impact. Wong Jing went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness and care, especially when my son fell ill during our stay. Additionally, a front desk gentleman promptly assisted us in contacting a hospital and arranging a taxi, willingly covering the fare upfront. Despite the inconveniences, the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Wong Jing and the front desk gentleman, ultimately made our stay a pleasant one.
