I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

Really had a blast. Beautiful room and amazing service! Me and my partner had a special day and the hotel made sure we enjoy it to the core. We also got complimentary stuff! I would definitely recommend to the couples looking for staycation. It is a calm and nice place. Loved it!

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

It is always a great experience to stay here ,staff behaviour is humble and kind they are always supportive. Rooms were nice . The restaurant serves a good variety of tasty food and the location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Room cleaning is the best in these hotel, My room number is 501, I stays here for a week, every day is the best for me, Mayur from housekeeping plays a good role, he truly an important asset to the company. this is the 4th time i’m staying at this hoteland it was wonderful experience as always. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants downside. within walking distance. All staffs are friendly and helpful in nature specially Ritika who has helped us out with smooth checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

I visited this place during my corporate periodical medic test in Jupital hospital. I am very happy with staff, services and comfortness. Lots of food varieties and awesome taste. Multi cuisine foods. Keep it up👍. Superb ambience.
