I was allowed to stay in my room a few more hours after check out time. The stuff were very kind and cooperative.

Location was good mainly since we had an appointment at the hospital across the street. Service was nice and they offer a Hanukkah candle lighting with donates. Breakfast was rich and tasty! Unfortunately, room cleaning wasn't good. Hot water in tub came rusty brown and stayed like this. Light bulb in bathroom blinking and irritating. We also had a small roach in our room. Personally, we dislike the darkness in the corridors.

Very please text stay. Modern, great breakfast. Also business lounge was great, with a nice buffet. Was really enjoyable for our business meetings. Will definitely stay again

Very good location. The breakfast was included and it was absolutely amazing: lot of options, delicious food and outstanding quality and taste. It is very dificult to find a good hotel at a resealable price in Telaviv. This hotel is my favorite option when I travel to Israel. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, clean and convenient, very attentive service

This hotel was recommended by a friend. It is very close to the nucleic acid point, just a few minutes' walk. Tommy at the front desk at check-in was a young man with a beard. He was very professional. There was a piece of paper for the hotel breakfast and other information. He also explained the key points. His English was very standard without any accent. I asked him to print out my nucleic acid results, and it went smoothly. The first time I used gett to book a car to go to the airport, the driver didn’t contact me in advance and asked him what to do. He said that the driver in Israel would not contact me very early. If he didn’t come, he would call a car for me to go to the airport. People rest assured. The facilities in the room are quite complete, with everything you need, and there are also weighing scales. The breakfast quality is online, and there are some light meals on the 9th floor in the evening. Guests staying in the hotel can use them for free. People who lose weight don’t want to go out to eat. Let’s solve it here to save trouble and money.

The hotel itself is very nice and the reception staff are pleasant. The breakfast is good. But the housekeeping is shocking. My room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon/early evening every day, and then only after I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned and asked for someone to come. When they did come, the cleaning was totally unacceptable. I won’t list all the things that were not done. Enough to say that the room was left dirty and the housekeeping staff were totally untrained and disinterested. To make matters worse, I emailed the manager with my complaints, and he hasn’t had the courtesy to reply. Not good enough!

Very positive experience overall Pros: large, well equipped guest room, even at lowest level of room. A decent fitness room. Very nice breakfast buffet, and snack food available to all guests in "executive lounge" in afternoon. Efficient check-in, and courteous staff. Great water pressure in shower. Neighborhood is far from beach but has some nice shops and some low key restaurants and bars. Negatives: Strange black coloring and low lighting level in hallways. Floors are painted black. Overall: very nice hotel, especially for business people since it is not in the usual tourist areas of Tel Aviv. Very good value for the money. I would stay again if my trip involves work in north Tel Aviv.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with a group of co-travelers. The rooms was nice and spacious. There is nothing to complain about their service apart from the coffee that does quite measure up. Breakfast at this hotel was good lots of choices to pick from.

My stay at this hotel was plagued with issues. When I arrived late at night to find there is no on-site parking, I was directed to park at the hospital across the street. Trying to exit their parking lot I somehow found myself strolling through a hospital unit with my luggage around midnight. Creepy and weird. Eventually made my way to the hotel. Check in was slow and annoying, where you were forced to use some finicky tablet that didn't quite work. Room was fine, shower had good water pressure. A/C didn't work for me first two nights, but was later fixed. This was a big issue for me that cost me a night's sleep. On Thursday there is a nearby night cliub that blasts music till at least 3am, costing me another sleepless night. Breakfast is decent, though not as good as it looks at first sight. Coffee is pretty terrible. Forgot some clothes in my room at check out, called hotel and asked about it, they said they would call back but never did. Only good thing is they let me exit my room a few days early, but even that was after many attempts and them changing their position several times.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the business center was a hit for me, I was traveling with church but I had some work to do too, so they had all in one place. Excellent wifi, food and I had a double room which was very spacious. The hotel is two block away from a park and it is really clean. Nice surprise
